I order 2x dresses one dress was Cancelled - Reason: Temporarily out of stock second dress was a wrong style delivered (not like on the pics.)

ordered a DKNY suit. very good price but arrived with wrong size trousers. i emailed CRUISE to inform them and ask if they could send correct trousers as needed for a funeral. recieved a reply saying return! no explanation, no apology and no effort to help. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

hI I have used Cruise online a good few times and been very pleased but i ordered 2 polo shirts on Monday 9th of March and payed £6 for delivery. I did not recieve the order till Monday 16th. I emailled you regarding this and got no response. Very dissapointed regarding this delivery. This is the second time i have emailed and noone has got back to me.

Hi I have had a bad experience in quality shoes that i odered i hadnt realised before wearing them the bow on top had loose stitching , i havnt been able to write a email as your site wont allow me. I have sent back my items Thankyou

i ordered beautiful Grenson shoes and received one brown and one black shoe in my delivery. On line ordering was my chosen option due to a busy life thus online seemed a slicker option. Due to the error i was asked to rewrap, visit post office and pay for item to return and all would be refunded. I accept there are natural errors in life, but this is frustrating as i am back at square one with no shoes, yet at least an hour spent and have been put out. disappointed.

Ordered 6 items received 3 as others out of stock. Out of stock items were still showing. Sent email enquiry over a week ago no response yet not holding my breath

Ordered 4 items in the sale. Received an e-mail on the 2nd March stating 1 one of the items was out of stock. Which happens and I accept that. On the 4th March received another e-mail stating order being proceed, excellent. Later the same day received another e-mail stating 3 out of the 4 items are now out of stock. Would have preferred to have been to told on the 2nd there was an issue with the other 2 items. May have been able to order elsewhere.

I cannot fault the service or the delivery in purchasing the product, but I was disappointed that a 42 suit jacket comes with a 34 trouser. I have been purchasing suits for over 20 years and this is the first time that an off the rail suit has had more that a 6" difference from jacket to trousers. I reordered the suit and it arrived and was a perfect fit. But I have now had to pay for 2 deliveries as well as a return, at my own cost, which is nonsense. If the description on the product stated that a 42 jacket had 34 trousers, I would have bought the 44 at the beginning and this review would have been a glowing one.

Great sale prices, however expect products to be unavailable and very slow despatch times, also be careful with mens sizes, some are UK some are EU and some give you both !! Had to return at my cost, refund was processed with 4 days though.

I added several items to my shopping basket , all of which were in stock . I then made payment, payment was successful . A few days later I had an email saying one of my items is out of stock . It was in stock as I was allowed to purchase it , therefore the item in which I had purchased had clearly been sold and shipped to someone else ! Once you have secured a check out your items should not be sold to other people ! Very amatuer service ! This needs to be fixed as the same happened to my brother only it happened to 3 of his items !

I ordered trainers and polo shirt from cruise outlet,i was e mailed to tell me trainers were out of stock, but when I went back online the trainers were still being offered 4 days after I was told they were out of stock, I also e mailed them to try and cancel order but received no reply from them , not a good company to deal with very poor customer relations.i would also like to add cruise are still offering the trainers on the outlet site ,I think this is shocking

There are a lot of scratches on the bag, it's looks old. It's a gift to my friend, my friend said the bag even without a box to protect. But this parcel was sent to China, so it's not easy to exchange.

I ordered 2 items but days later 1 item was cancelled by yourselves, but there was no option to cancel the other part of my order so ended up paying £6 postage for a item that cost £15

Although a quick delivery of my item, my CRUISE experience was soured by having to pay to return it will make me think twice about buying from you again. I normally do not have to return anything I buy on line and this bag was returned reluctantly due only to it's very large size - the bag itself was just what I was looking for. £11.00 return postage is not a good selling point!

Ordered the item over 2 weeks ago, still don't have it. The yodel driver did not notify me he arrived OR left a card. I then asked for an alternative delivery address and not heard anything since! I was really disappointed with the order. I placed the order on the 26th Feb and didn't revive the item until the 5th March, even though i placed the item in 'next day delivery'. I then had to take time to phone cruise which I was waiting on the phone for 24 minutes before someone answered. Overall I was fairly disappointed with the order.

I am absolutely disgusted with your service this is not the first time this has happened to me when ordering items and to be told they are out of stock as this is ridiculous. Why would you I send a e-mail stating item in process to be sent to my address when fine well know you don't have stock, when i asked to purchase 2 pair of Lyle & Scott size 8 plimsole with my order of 36" Short Hugo Boss it said not enough stock so i placed 1 pair then allow me to take order, so why would it let me carry on with purchase then to be told out of stock am not impressed. and totally disappointed. I Also sent this e-mail 03.03.15 to customer service still awaiting a reply. So instead of only paying £6.00 postage for 1 order I will be charged again for postage if I make a new order for a substitute which i am not prepared to pay, Regards William Richarrds

I bought a pair of vivienne westwood earrings and a forever unique dress. Although the delivery at £6 seemed quite steep, I thought, it must be free returns. The earrings are perfect but the dress looked as though someone had already worn there were threads hanging off the top of it and looked like it had been on the floor of a warehouse. I looked into sending the dress back and have noticed I need to pay to return the item also! It was you that sent me faulty goods and I need to pay £6 plus a further £5 to return an item that wasn't what I had bargained for. Most companies now adays can be sent back free of charge via a courier and deliveried to a local shop for collection for free. I really wasn't happy with the service to be honest
