Very poor size guide on suit I ordered , cost £6 delivery charge , didn't fit so had to pay to return the goods

Had my order confirmed that items where in stock then received another email after 4 / 5 days that one of the items was not in stock after been told next day delivery so when tried too call customer service line was on hold for 35 minutes with no answer and had too put phone down as couldn't wait any longer this happened on 3 occasions then phoned edinburgh cruise store gave me some info but in turn told me too call number I was on hold the service was not what I expected

Great value from the initial email I received and took advantage by purchasing several DKNY suits. Nothing was said whilst I put items in my shopping bag telling me items were out of stock. I then received several emails letting me know the status of my order, then on the day of delivery I received an email letting me know that all the items I had ordered were temporarily out of stock. Not sure why I couldn't have been notified when I was putting the items in my shopping bag!

website is obviously not updated very often as I ordered 13 items from the sale section and it took 4 days to tell me only 3 of my items were available, for a premium shop charging premium prices their online services are a joke.

I purchased an item from cruise and the item arrived marked when I emailed them regarding this with photo evidence that offer me a £15 discount the item was £600 and I would of returned the item for exchange but they didn't have no more in that size. £15 isn't a reasonable discount as if I was to return the item they would of only resold the item and had this from another customer

Although delivery was quick, cominication was very popor to non existant. A £ 1000 bag was delivered in a grubby plastic bag with no protection or care. Unfortunately I cannot recomend Cruise at all but more likely to suggest avoiding Cruise.

The packaging was absolutely appalling and as a result the dress I ordered ( not cheap £450) was like a crushed rag when I took it out of the bag . It was so badly creased that I couldn't see if I liked it or not so I returned it as I probably would have had to bring to a dry cleaners to get it pressed . The delivery which I also had to pay for was also s lot slower than stated in your website

I bought a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes as a wedding gift for my fiancé. When the box arrived it was bashed up and ripped in places. Cruise fashion advised me that they could not send me out a replacement box and all they can do is refund the delivery charge. All in all I feel a little let down by the seservice.

Bought a £43 jacket with £6 delivery. Then it was too small. Cruise advise u use royal mail recorded delivery. No pre paid address. So it cost £11 to get bigger size. So my £43 jacket actually cost me £60. For such a big company it's poor customer service. The shop is great but would not advise jeering anything online

Received shoes that had clearly been worn before and were faulty. Rang up to speak about them and ask if there were any more in stock and was spoken to as though I was an ex boyfriend of the call handler ringing to insult her family. Asked to be put through to someone else and was greeted with 'ello!?' Sent an email regarding the problem I still had and haven't received any reply. After spending a fortune with cruise fashion over recent years I am very disappointed.

I won't be ordering from here again. I ordered a grey cardigan. The order confirmation said I had ordered black. I rang up and was told they couldn't change the order and I could return it but I would incur a returns charge. This is despite the error being on their end. The attitude of their staff is indifferent and condescending. I've got to give them some credit though, they did deliver the package in two days.

Security tags left on goods / had to take item to Next to have tag removed / Customer service very poor / nobody answers phone on direct line number / Charge for returning faulty goods or goods that don't fit / Much better experience with On Line competitors who make it easy to resolve customer queries. Suggest that you set a minimum order value to secure free delivery. Good telephone access to Customer Service, to sort any issues, will make a huge difference, especially as many customers don't live near to a Cruise store.

My package was left at the front door all day and could have been removed by any passers by. I found this unacceptable as the contents were of high value,I hope this helps withs the safety of future deliveries,

I was initially pleased with my purchase, until my wife pointed out to me that the same item was for sale on the Barbour website for £100, reduced from the full price of £119 and not the £215 which Cruise advertised as the full price. I am considering reporting this anomaly to Trading Standards,,,,,any comments?
