bad all around.....i ordered an item and when it arrived it was completely wrong? i called "customer services" to speak to a young girl who sounded more like i was boring her ,and she seemed to take it personally that i was gutted i did`nt have my goods and that i was even more gutted that they could`nt get me another! after assuring me it was o.k , i would get a refund? i had to re-explain the fact they i accepted my order,sent me the wrong item and now i was left with nothing and i got a blank,careless attitude. if you can find your items on other sites ,then avoid this one.

The Good: Good price for the item I purchased, and it was shipped quickly. The Bad: The security tag was left on the item when I received it, not sure how I'm going to get it off without damaging the item. Also, the customs form had a sale price of £464.00 pounds, while I paid $464.00 US dollars, so customs wanted to charge me more based on the error in the form. It took a few phone calls to DHL/US Customs to resolve the matter.

ordered a mac/coat but wasn't as described on their description. claimed to have a hood, which i knew couldn't be seen in the photo but assumed it was a foldaway in the oversized collar. add to that the courier (MyYodel) delivering it to the wrong address (not cruise's fault) & me having to chase it up on the phone with the driver etc bad experience this time as cost me another £4 (on top of original £6 delivery charges) to send back, hopefully ALL my postage costs will be refunded in full as this was a Cruise description error, so they didn't deliver what i thought i was ordering :/

item retail price was £275 we were paying £149 - item returned because very poor quality (made in Chilna) and size was supposed to be large but would only have fitted a large child - not a man

I am basing this poor review on the cost of postage and packaging. I think it is excessive to be charged £6 p&p and a further £5 to return an item as it didn't fit. I will not be falling for this again.

I ordered a Micheal Kors bag which was on sale. When my parcel arrived you had sent the wrong bag. It had the right tag on it but is definitely the wrong bag. My bag should have a panel of silver studs down the front, whereas this is just a plain grey bag. I have paid £6 delivery costs and will now also need to pay to return this bag by registered post. I did enquire if I could return the bag to the Aberdeen store but was advised I had to post it back. At my expense. I am not happy!

I've waited 8 days for a response to an email I sent. Good with shipping etc but I shouldn't have to phone up to get an answer.

Customer service was awful I emailed them asking question and just got email back basically saying there to busy to reply and will reply when they can... And still no reply. It ended up costing me more money because I had ordered the clothes for a family party and because wouldn't reply to me I had to go out and buy them from different shop.

Often stock is not there. Often customer service do not call or sort issues. But last order was brilliant. If all orders like that I will return, otherwise wood house for me;)

Ordered moncler coat. Postage excessive compared to other luxury online retailers and timescale not met. Delivery timescale said would be delivered next day but took 5 days. Packaging poor. Coat not wrapped just inside black bag with address label. Unfortunately the coat did not fit and had to be returned. At a cost to me of £12 so in all £18 in postage and no coat.

Got my dress for a great price in the sale. It took 8 days for my dress to arrive, despite paying £6 for delivery. Better communication would have helped with the wait.

Not only did the Juicy Couture zip jacket look as it had been shoved into a plastic bag and then a knot tied in the plastic, the Juicy Couture tshirt still had the large security tag through it. After countless phone calls and waiting over 45 minutes for Customer Services, I tried to email but I had to choose a category that didnt fit my query in order to communicate the problem. In the meantime I phoned the Glasgow store to ask if they could take off the large tag; a very knowledgeable lady informed me that the shops tags are different from mail order tag, so I couldn't go there . She also apologised. Eventually I had an email from Customer Service to send the tshirt back, the tag would be removed and sent back. I had to ask about recouping my postage . So this was a very long drawn out business . From now on, I'll just go into the shop as the staff are wonderful and so helpful . I've never received such poor mail order service ever.

Returned my dkny bag that smelt damp and did not look genuine !! Tags were completely false and did not do free returns which I was then out of pocket !! So disappointed :((

Hugo Boss jacket and jumper arrived. Packaging was a plain black plastic bag with the jacket roughly rolled up inside. Jumper was in a separate plastic bag inside. Not what I expect when purchasing premium products. Communication with Cruise had to be made by myself to find out the status of my order. On the whole I would say the service wasn't great. Placed an order for 2 handbags in their New Year promotion with an extra 20% off. After paying I received an email to say that they were both out of stock/unavailable and I would be issued a refund. Two days later the handbags were back in stock and available!! The promotion had finished!

Expensive shoes, arrived damaged so obviously were not checked before being sent. I am hoping that my postage will also be refunded as they were faulty.

After ordering several things in 2014 these polo shirts where poorly folded and not packed in the zipped black cruise bags just badly folded and put in the delivery bag not the normal service
