The product bought was not a pictured on the website, an image of a different style was used to show the product off.

I have to say I was very disappointed the delivery time was too long, compared to other online companies from order to door. Also when the jacket arrived it still had security tag attached which meant I could not wear it that Saturday night, I had to bring my proof of purchase to another local shop and explain what happened and they removed it. I feel this has put me off using your site for the future.

Number of things I found poor 1) order took 5 days to process so whole shopping experience was 7 days which seems excessively slow 2) requested delivery to my mums as I work early. Parcel still ended up coming to my home address instead 3) your website does not state what the opening hours for your contact centre are so was on phone an hour hoping someone would answer 4) when I used your online form to question where my order was I got a pithy stating the obvious reply that it had not yet been processed and whoever replied obviously did not bother to read entire mail as no reference to my additional question regarding phoneline opening hours 5) phoned helpline following day during office hours and message saying it was shut (mind you that was an improvement on no message and hoping someone would answer. Sorry to sound negative but you did ask

The dress is great, but I'm not very happy about how Cruise shipped it. The dress was simply thrown in the mailing package without any wrapping, not even a plastic bag that most clothes come with. Some part of my dress is made of silk and it was slightly damaged.

I think delivery costs are too expensive £6 when you dont receive the goods for a week is very poor, im a courier by trade and know it doesnt cost £6 per delivery so you are making money off delivery also, when your competitors offer free delivery. I recently purchased an item and had to pay return delivery as well so £10 to try an item is an outrage, I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

I placed an order with yourselves and received a confirmation email to confirm my order had been placed. A full week later, I still hadn't heard anything else about my order and whether or not it had been dispatched. I appreciate you are busy over sale periods, however I feel you could keep your customers more up to date as it left me worried about where my order was, especially as you clothing costs a lot of money. I then had to get in touch with you to find out what was happening. By the time I received any reply it was too late as my order had been delivered, however it left me wondering for another few day where my order was. Also, your website lead me to believe deliveries were made on working days only. I therefore entered my shipping address as my work address as we are open Monday to Friday. I then receive a text on a Saturday morning stating "sorry we misse you". I then had to get in my car and go meet the delivery driver as I was worried about it going back to a depot and having difficulty getting it delivered yet again. To be fair, the driver was very helpful however he works for yodel and not cruise. Overall a poor experience.

Yodel were a disaster as couriers. In spite of leaving a message on the front door and asking them to leave the parcel at my father's house opposite, they did not comply with my request. My father watched the van drive off without attempting to leave my parcel with him. I had to make a 38 mile journey to a depot in Carrickfergus to collect the dress which I had paid £6 to have delivered. I would be loathe to order from Cruise again if the designated courier is Yodel.

This has now happened to me several times.After going on website and finding what I thought was a good bargain, I bought it and continued to browse then bought another jumper because I got a good deal on 1st one only to find out that my main selection wasn't in stock but my other order was delivered un two days, like I say this has now happened to me numerous times, I could go back on site today and it would still be advertised! !!!! With none in stock!!!! WHY??!

Updating stock status online is poor. I have attempted to purchase items online on 4 occasions of which only 1 was successful. Communication on order status is extremely poor. Of the 3 orders cancelled by cruise, only once was I notified this was the case. In comparison to other online stores, Cruise are poor and as such I will no longer purchase from them online.

First time ordering online from Cruise and will not be doing this again! I waited over two weeks for delivery and when my parcel didn't arrive I emailed Cruise to be told items were coming from an external warehouse. I left it another few days to call up and wait over half an hour to get through to an agent who asked if I wanted to either wait or cancel as they hadn't secured the stock for my order. I was then emailed to say one item had been cancelled due to no stock. I have emailed back to Cruise almost a week ago now to resolve and had no response. Overall a very poor ordering system, allowing customers to place orders without stock of items in the first place, and customer service could be much better.

I waited too long to receive the items some of which were missing/ had security tags attached or were no longer available/ returns are not free which is disappointing unlike most other high street retailers, and God knows how long I will wait on a refund! Last time I ordered was a disaster too, it will make me reconsider next time!!!!

i placed an order for two pairs of shorts in the cruise sale,after payment made etc i received e-mail informing me that one of the pairs were out of stock,and that i would only be charged for one pair plus £6 postage....couple of days later i noticed my out of stock shorts were back in stock and up by £8 in price?? as i really wanted them i then re-ordered them at new/more expensive price with a second delivery charge!!!! The long and the short of it (excuse the pun) is instead of my original £54 inc postage i ended up paying £68 inc postages! i have e-mailed cruise but the reply was pathetic,nowadays with online shopping you can shop anywhere and i wont be back!!!!

Bought a item online, came as the wrong item tried visiting the shop for exchange of the right producted and the shop never wanted to know anything since it was a brought online absolute joke tried to call customer services 3 time however just waiting in the que for around 30 mins. Not very good customer service.

I had to chase the delivery on this item admittedly it was ordered over the Christmas period but it wasn't an excuse for the length of time it took. When it arrived it had no inner packaging just put into to mailing bag which was mullets. It was so creased and dusty I have sent it for dry cleaning before I wear it. I really want this actual shirt otherwise it would have gone back. The actual product is what I wanted and a nice item

Order placed Saturday 27/12, over a week later my order was still showing as "processing " I was constantly logging onto my account as I did not receive any emails for the delay or to let me know delivery timescales. Finally on Monday 5th January I noticed my account was showing order complete, still no email, came home from work Tuesday to find my parcel had been delivered. Not impressed by this, as it would have been nice to know that order was ok and delay was due to new year period, if that was the reason for the delay !

It took an age for the goods to be ordered on the 28th December and the goods didnt arrive until the 7th Jan. With some of my ordered items not present. There is also no postage returns included even if its a deduct from your refund type. All in all its kinda what you expect from a Sports Direct Brand. The customer is barely served. The Ryanair of the clothing retailing. Although with cruise you are certainly are paying for it even in the sale.

Slow delivery (not dispatched until a week after my order) and 2 out of 5 of the items not in stock, which isn't a major issue but I was advised about the 2nd item not being in stock a week after my order.
