I shop at cruise quite often, online and in store. Recently put an order for delivery online but nothing showed up so I contacted customer services for them to tell me it had been cancelled as it was out of stock. If I hadn't contacted them how would I have found out that it was out of stocked and my money was waiting to go back into my account?

There was nothing wrong with the clothing, however the delivery was very disappinting, first we received a text for a delivery date my son stayed in all day but nothing came at night I received a text to say sorry we had missed you, there was no calling card left, do I then arranged for delivery only to find it would be another 2 days, this really upset my son so no I was not best pleased with this service

The jacket for my wife's christmas was returned as it had an ink mark and stains on arm and a scratch down front of jacket. It also cost me £11 to return it back to yourselfs. Not happy

Ordered an item which was then not sent as it was out of stock, was disappointed I was not compensated for this in any way

Not a great experience at all. Shoes sent to me with different sizes, one was a 8 the other a 9.... 15 minutes waiting on the phone to speak with costumer service and advisor not very friendly. Still waiting on a solution from your company. Won't use it again!

Garment received had security tag still attached, wanted to change sizes but couldn't due to lack of stock, customer service team took two days to reply to an email. Not happy, unlikely to order from again.

Ordering item was smooth and easy, fast delivery with no problems. Item however was unsuitable and had to be returned which is a less successful proccess! No conformation email as of yet for receipt of item despite being signed for 5 days ago let alone any notification of refund or when I can expect it! Have also spent 10 minutes to the 0845 helpline with no call answered either. House of frasers next time!

Had security tag on item when it was delivered. Delivery service was not good as they delivered item to wrong address and didn't leave a card even though they later emailed to say I was out and had left a card and I'd stayed home all day. I even asked the delivery man if the parcel was for me and he said no and said he couldn't speak English. Luckily my neighbour gave me the parcel later. Still waiting for my item as had to send it back to get the tag removed. I'm disappointed with this service. The delivery in particular was not reliable at all.

I still haven't received my goods despite ordering over a week ago. They were sent to my office via yodel but refused for delivery with no reason as to why and no update. I called twice and was on hold for half an hour before giving up due to it being a costly 08 number. I have also sent two contact email forms to which there was only a response on Saturday. I still don't know if the product has been resent or not??? I have been a loyal customer of both the Derby and Leicester stores for years and never used the online service before. I won't be using it again unless it can be proven that this is a one off mistake and any form of retribution has been made

I have dealt with cruise numerous times and with the exception of deliveries not being delivered next day even though you pay £6 there ok. But on this occasion I have had to return an item and after falling there customer service on 4 occasions I never managed to get through. I decided to send an email which after 24 hours nobody replied. For me this is second rate customer service from a supposed premium retailer.

Hi I originally ordered 3 items only to find one item was out if stock even though still advertised online out of the other 2 items one was the wrong item and one was a correct item, I sent items back disappointed with the order only receiving one out of 3 items with the postage back it has cost me over £10 for nothing will not be ordering online again.

Ordered baby uggs and online it says i will get them in a couple of days but when i track order its still pending this lasted 9 days but eventually they did arrive. Dont order from here if you want your item quickly

The items showed in stock but once ordered on two separate occasions I then received emails days later to tell me they were in fact out of stock.. While still showing as available to buy online.. The website needs to be updated more often.

Disappointed the first time I have used your website . Bought a sweater and 24 hours later you email me to say it's half price after emailing to say can you cancel the order two days later I get an email to say it's too late . Sent the package back 5 days ago and still waiting for a refund . And the second order still hasn't arrived . Won't be purchasing from cruise again

Poor after sales service i.e. Slow to respond to emails after Incorrect goods were delivered. Contact phone number wouldn't connect with a dialing tone, just a recorded message followed by an indefinitely long silence. Very frustrating/disappointing.

Ordered 2 items only to be informed by email next day that one of the items was out of stock. Was not given the option of ordering an alternative so ended up paying £6 postage for 1 item.
