I shop in cruise shops regulary and recentlyfor the first time bought online. Only one option for delivery which for a high end clothing retailer I find poor. No option of next day delivery. Items arrived 4 days after ordered and the shirt was covered in stains. Won't shop online again in cruise but continue to use the shops

Ordered over £300 worth of goods with Next Day Delivery as all items were "in stock" on the website - didn't receive the goods next day or even a email to say the clothes were not coming. After 4 days and still no correspondence from you I contacted you only to be told that one of the items was not available yet and was coming from an external warehouse! Had to cancel this item as no confirmation it would be here for Christmas! I am going to have one very disappointed son on Christmas morning!

Item good quality and good value but the delivery company left the parcel on my doorstep! The items inside were worth a lot of money. It has taken me over a week to track my goods down. Not good service!

I had a problem with my order so needed to speak to a customer service operator, getting to speak to some one was impossible and never did get through, extremely frustrating. Phoned the derby branch in the end to see if they could help and spoke to the manager who was extremely helpful and took my contact details to pass on. Eventually yesterday I had a email and my problem was solved by a very helpful lady so everything sorted now and my parcel is on it's way! Merry Christmas

Very disappointing that part of my order was cancelled, I was told it was because the item was out of stock. Yet it's still even now a week later advertised on the Web site.

I was trying to buy using vouchers but there was no prompt to enter the code and I went straight to paying the full amount. Tried the helpline- only got a message saying it would be recorded then nothing. Not even we are closed or redirecting you. Emailed to explain but got standard answer. Now had to return the goods and think about going in to the shop to spend the vouchers. Time consuming and frustrating

Placed an order over the Black Friday weekend however after 3 attempts I was still unable to locate the section where I needed to enter the online discount code. On the final attempt the payment was taken and unable to cancel the order. I e-mailed the Customer Care team straight away to advise of my problem however after eventually receiving a response 5 days later, they have advised that the discount cannot be honoured. Very disappointed in the service received.

Ordered jimmy choos for my wedding. They were good value - however it took over a week for them to arrive and the box was ripped and dented and I was intending of using the shoe box to store the shoes and feature in the getting ready pictures on my wedding day. A new box would be nice!

Very slow delivery, item dispatched week after order placed. Also the packaging of the parcel was inappropriate, expensive bag packed in plastic bag. :(

The site was very clunky and slow. Payment wasn't easy and when I did place an order for 4 items, 3 were out of stock. I think the website needs to be more functional. It does look pretty good, but for me, I would not use it again.

Although I ordered an item in the sale, I still find the service m cruise quite poor. I received my dispatch email 1 day after the order which I thought was great! Yodel sent me a tracking code - very prompt. After 3/4 days there was no change in my order, after contacting Yodel they informed me Cruise hadn't sent the item to themselves! After trying to contact you over the phone ( which gave me a security message then went dead) I was left in the dark as to what was happening with my order. I've ordered a few times from Cruise, but this was just awful!

Good Morning, I have had a cruise loyalty rewards card for sometime now, I have also several receipts which I was told to hang onto as every time I go to one of the stores I am told that the card system is not working, I have been a loyal customer of Cruise clothing for several years and before the "card system" came into play used to get a 10-15% discount. I am disappointed that since March last year nothing seems to have changed. My Card Number is 633886 89522 100012493 3 Regards Lindsey Faulkner

I purchased a shirt last week and was hoping to have delivery for the weekend, but there was no option for next day delivery, first time i have never had this option as because of this, the shirt didnt arrive in time.

1st time I have used this company and I did not receive the 30% Black Friday discount at checkout on my order of over £300 and when I contacted customer service was advised it was not possible to correct this. Not a very good standard of customer service or any attempt by Cruise Fashion to retain my future custom.

I ordered a jacket but was unable to put the discount code in when I ordered it. I emailed cruise right away explaining this but they have still charged me the full price even though I was told of the discount applied it would be. I have sent numerous emails with only one reply from them .
