Slow delivery times. Non-existent customer service.

I received my order only to find that the jeans had a hole/tear at the rear pocket and I had to return them. I thought the jeans would have been checked by the picker for any damage before shipping. Additionally for another order I placed and paid for the order on Wednesday only to receive and email on Saturday morning stating that the item was now out of stock. I can't understand why this would happen? So, all in all not a good shopping experience with Cruise clothing.

I made 2 orders which the first had two items were cancelled a day after confirmation and when the remaining items arrived they were hand written as one size on the tag and another on the label. The second order was all cancelled 3 days after the order was confirmed.

I placed an order for £470 in which your promo code that you provided didn't work to be told to still by the items and I would have the difference refunded immediately it's been 5 days with no refund and no acknowledgement to this I have also rang on a number of occasions I think it's so wrong and a poor service having to do this is you have a promo code or a offer on you should be able to use it without there being a con to how you use it because now this weekend im unable to do what I wanted to do as I'm still £140 missing out of my account

Two items I have ordered never came as they were not available :( Then the snood I got didn't look anything like on the picture it was more a necklace then a snood!?! And the trousers where faaar away from the size 16!! :( So really just lost 6 pound for delivery... (but delivery was fast)

Wasn't happy with the online service as I made my order and the following day recieved an email to say one item wasn't in stock. I am not happy as I only made the order for the thing that was cancelled or I wouldn't have bothered.

Having brought from Cruise a few times before I was dissapointed on this occassion that the top had white deordant marks under the arms and the usual packaging of the CRUISE dustbag for the clothing was not included Wont be using again

The parcel took too long to arrive and when it did arrive the presentation was quite poor as the items were badly creased at the bottom of the bag.

was very happy with the items and delivery but found the 6 pounds delivery charge added to a 244 pounds shop insulting as other places i have shopped i have rec free postage from asos over a 20 pound spend and footlocker so at present im reluctant to use your store again...so have given you a poor rating purely due to your postage cost.....

I was sent the wrong size shoes but have to pay to return them. I was offered a refund of the return charges but had to include my bank details in the consignment. That is not a good idea from an account safety point of view. Would have prefered a free returns label, something that could be emailed, quite frankly this is my first time using Cruise and based on this experience I am highly unlikey to use again or recommend to anyone.

delivery is expensive, cannot return goods bought on website to store, poor response time to returned goods (still waiting after 5 days).

Paid £6 for delivery which in this day and age is just a robbery. It didnt even have a return label. Most websites have free delivery, with a paid return label. I wont be buying from here again, if prices stay like that.

Ive been buying my clothes in Cruise since it opened in Edinburgh in the 80s . Cant fault the staff as they have allways been friendly , helpful and knowledgeable but regarding the loyalty card scheme , someone whithin the company has made a decision to scrap the 100 pound bonus voucher for every 1000 spent without telling anyone !!!! which is completely disrespectable to loyal customers . I for one will never be back

2nd time of ordering and not the best - this was dispatched a hell of a lot quicker than the previous order i placed which took 8 days! great products but poor dispatch management lets the side down. would probably still order though if not desperate to receive quick.

Received a faulty item, and expensive delivery charges. Personally I think its dreadful that you have to pay for postage again to return an item that you have sent out faulty & with marks on.

£6 delivery..and item doesnt fit so it will cost to send it back for size bigger. Makes a sale item not a very good bargain after all!!

Product has arrived and white box that holds the pure is dirty as if been left on floor also it has dents in it and what looks like footprints?
