Postage costs high. When product was received it was torn AND still had on security tag, obviously not checked prior to dispatch. When tried to return informed I would have to pay for postage then be refunded the postage costs if a receipt is provided....highly inconvenient.

Ordered 4 items of which 2 were out of stock after I had placed the order. The remaining part of the order was delivered very quickly. However, I would have thought that because some of the order was out of stock I would have been able to either amend or cancel the whole order - this was not the case. Customer services were not very helpful

I ordered and paid for 2 items which were showing in stock then 2 days later got a email saying that 1 item was no longer available.i justified to myself paying the delivery charge as it was for 2 items,i wouldnt have done if it was for only 1. Im hoping the item you cancelked has been refunded.

You sent me the wrong size trousers. Infact 4" smaller than what is marked on the label. Very disappointed i have to pay postage to send them back to you.

U should take proper count of your available goods before you display them been available on your website. Then few days later you send a message that is out of stock after raising ones hope

Customer service was rubbish Had no idea the item had been sent out and when I would receive it The item had dust and marks on it When spending a large amount of money on a garment I expect to know where my order is at and for it to come in perfect condition. Won't be ordering again from here

Some of the goods were returned as the sizes stated on them were smaller than expected. Refunds are incredibly slow given that I paid by paypal and you can issue a partial refund in seconds. Not sure where the 'wait up to 14 days for the refund' comes from, but as a business operating on the internet this is excessive. If I do not receive my refund within 5 working days of returning the items I will commence proceedings through paypal.

I purchased a Hugo Boss suit, i took it to a well respected tailors to get the suit fitted and he was shocked at the standard the suit was made to and pointed out quite a few mistakes. I was very surprised.

I have sent the purchase back and required a bigger size. This was done so on Friday 24th. However I have not received news of the return or any word of what is going on.

I ordered a small top and xXXL got delivered. Went back to order a small and where all out of stock. Top had a small sticker on however on the actual top had XXXL.

Not too happy with my item, poor quality to say it is a designer label, received the item with outer packaging covered in dust. Mostly Its a poor deal having to pay for returning your goods especially as you Pay more than usual for delivery. The item which has been tried on and put back into the bag until I finally decided to pay for the return, just waiting to see the response; Hoping for a refund of the full cost including delivery and not expecting return cost however will be a bonus.

Second order now from cruise fashions , the first order was good apart from the order taking 3 weeks to come and when it did come there was a big hole in one of the t shirts were the secutity tag had been , only noticed when I went to put it on a couple of weeks later , tried to call customer service an was on hold for 30 minutes before I give into defeat , the second time I ordered they had a left a security tag on the coat which I wanted to keep , had to return at own expense . Clothes are very good value that's the only reason u returned for the second order

I ordered a jacket and when the jacket arrived i found that there was a red mark on the inside of the collar, and also the security tag was left on the coat. Terrible service, i will not be ordering from this company again.

The return policy is hassle that customer have to post it and incur charges. A lot of retailer doing free return without charges and free hassle whereas cruise return and refund policy is very time consuming consider customer purchase online is because they don't have the time.

Get fed up with ordering clothes then get an email saying out of stock. Its basically like a lucky dip when you put an order in you just have to wait and see if you get it. No costumer service as they never answer your call. Very reluctant to order from them and there sister sites now.

I received a wrong item in my order, the order number ref number is: CRUS40000010749856. For what I ordered is a Boss black shawl collar sweat top navy medium,it should be a knitwear,the catelogue code should be 518436/22/390. However, I have been delivered a HBB 50271304/411 TrsSn43 Navy Medium, it is not a knitted sweater but a sport pants. The most ridiculous is these two different thing have same catelogue code in your system. Until now, this problem still not be solved!!!

£6 delivery is utterly disgusting considering my package didn't arrive for 6hrs or more after it was forecast.

The Ralph track suit bottoms arrived promptly but still had the stores anti theft device still attached . Just as well the item is way to big for me as I wouldn't be pleased having to pay postage to return to have device removed ...thanks
