The packaging I received my dress in was disgraceful, the dress was squeezed into a small plastic bag which was then in a black bag. No branding, no box, no tissue even, no care for the item. In a world where there's lots of competition between online designer retailers, buying experience is all and the final interaction with Cruise, was very disappointing compared to other designer retailers I've bought from.

I ordered a Paul and Shark jumper and it came promptly. However, the original packaging for the jumper was grotty!!! There were sticker marks were the top layer of a sticker had been taken off but the rest was just left. The seal to bag was covered in fluff and hair, so much so it wouldn't seal. The replacement sticky tape that someone had attempted to seal it with was dirty also which I assume was the reason the jumper smelled of smoke. I am assuming the jumper was a previous return as on closer inspection there was a small white mark on the waistband. For £125 I would expect much better. Very disappointed.

Part of my order was cancelled. I emailed customer service telling them at least to offer free delivery on my next order. so I can choose n alternative. No response. Pathetic.

Great item, good price, fast service however the suit was received with the security tags still in place!! Called Cruise and was told that the only way to get them off would be for me to send back the item with a note asking for security tags to be removed and item returned. I have to pay for postage and then claim reimbursement. How can mail order companies leave on security tags?!!

This is the second time I have been let down by Cruise by ordering something and then it has taken three days to be notified that they dont have any stock left. It's a poor experience. Also delivery is over inflated cost considering next day delivery is not offered.

Impressed by the speed of receiving the goods from when ordered online. Less impressed when having paid £ 6.00 for delivery by courier, needed to return the items, I was charged £23.00 by the post office to guarentee safe delivery. Surely for the money that is being spent on the clothes a free returns service should be included. Other High street retailers offering clothes at a fraction of the price and probably less profit margins offer this as standard.

Again i got clothing with alarmbadge attached, this time Fred Perry hat. I still have pair of jeans, denham chinos and one sweater with the same problem, I can not wear them. This really is annoying. Should I send them back or how should we solve this problem that happens already third or fourth time. Regards Pertsa Kuusisto

Clothes arrived quickly and packaged incredibly well however have been trying to get in touch with cruose through both email and phone for the past three days trying to make an amendment to the order yet have received no replies , dissapointing as have previously recieved great service :(

I received my parcel from cruise a couple of days ago. I ordered a Paul smith top as a present and it still had the security tag on it!!! This was a present for my brother and it was his birthday the next day. I didnt have any time to send it back or go into a store to get it taken off. I shop in cruise regularly and spend a lot of money on items from Cruise, but this is not the first time this has happened to me. I'm very disappointed with this service as these things should be getting checked before being posted out. Regards Pamela

The wrong product was delivered, as I didn't want to pay to return an incorrect own I emailed the contact on their website and after 1 week am yet to receive a reply, Poor service considering first time using the site was flawless.

I have sent you an email, would have thought by now you would have seen it. Not only ( admittedly not Cruise fault, however you manage them) the courier service is disgraceful. Leaving my parcel out in the road outside of my very building, is an insult, but they actually left 2 parcels in the road, one for me and another was for another person in my building. Thankfully a passerby was honest enough to pick them up and bring them to my security team reception. Secondly, when I received my garment it still had the security tag attached, so much for controls. Again, I took garment to selfridges and they happily agreed to remove the tag. When i spoke with one of your customer services staff, after waiting 22 minutes on the phone, she informed me i should return the garment to you. And risk another incident with Yodel again..... This is not the first time this courier service has failed, and am sure it will not be the last.

Put in the wrong delivery address by mistake so as soon as I got the confirmation email I sent an email to customer service. Didnt recieve a reply until 2 days later and ironically after the order dispatch email (to the wrong address). Customer services told me that the address couldnt be changed as the order was dispatched which I replied had you got back to me quicker than 2 days it could have been. The overall service is good but the customer service is atrocious.

Received the wrong trainers which are cheaper than the ones I ordered and the trainers I had placed the order for have now gone out of stock. As a regular online shopper this is actually the first time I've had to return clothing bought online and also the first time I've ordered from cruise fashion not a good first time experience.

I ordered 6 items - 4 of which were cancelled even though they were showing in stock when i ordered them. Had 1 item been cancelled i would have understood - 4 out of 6 being cancelled shows how inept this company is. Cruise = posh sports direct. Beware when ordering.

Item cancelled so when I called the customer support number (on 3 separate occasions) it just rang and rang with no answer. Wont be using the business again.
