Placed order cancelled 2 items from order which were and still are available and said they are out of stock. Emailed regarding the cancellation of items and when availabd to buy and payed for y not sending still no reply from customer service team. Took 10 days to process order. Customer service number nobody ever answered after hour wait and phoning constantly. Very disappointed.

I did not receive an email confirmation of my order. 9 days later I received one to say it has been dispatched not received them yet. When I called customer services it did not work or the phone was picked up and then put down. I had to call the Glasgow shop to try and find another number. Having looked on facebook this has been an ongoing problem for many months. Also emailed but never received a reply. I own a boutique and would not have many customers if I ran it as you do yours.

Considering the high postage charge (granted this has been refunded) it took over a week for me to receive my order! And the day of the delivery the company used don't provide an am or pm or even narrow it down. I waited in all day as I needed the delivery and it came at 8.30 pm. The items were great but the delivery service has totally put me off ordering again

Decent prices on goods but slow delivery time and poor returns service. Also poor customer service if you need to call.

I have to say I am not happy, ordered a pair of trainers on Tuesday the 2nd of December you charge £6 postage and it is the 7th and still no parcel, had no emails about a delay from you at all, not great service.

I am unable to review the product as it hasn't arrived yet. Communication has been very poor - if I had received free delivery but having paid delivery I would assume delivery would have been made within a week so I won't placed a 2nd order elsewhere as can't risk delivery time

I have sent you numerous emails and none have been replied to, my order was also delayed twice Soo I could not wear what I had bought to my brothers wedding so overall poor service.

Placed order 27th November and it's still not arrived. Meanwhile tried to phone - no answer - and emailed a number of times and no reply. It's now 6th December - apparently order has at last been despatched so hopefully I'll see it soon. I have ordered from Cruise before with no problems so ut is probably just pre Xmas / sales related busy period that is causing the delivery time problem. However, it is the complete lack of communication from customer service that is most concerning.

Service was good until I received the items! My polo shirt was too small and cruise didn't have the size up in stock and then I'm told i cannot change it for something else only a like for like or diffrent size! And you can't take goods into a store to exchange I find this so much of an inconvenience something so simple made so hard try to call customer service and it's a dead line I definelty won't be using the online service again

Terrible customer service! Never get a reply! Delivery is extremely poor. They continuely blame the sale yet all other companies with big sales don't fail on delivery. Maybe ask for some tips!!! The price you are paying for the clothes you would expect a much better faster and professional service. Anyone buying from here should by with caution.

I still have not received my dress which is very disappointing. I have made 3 calls to the courier Yodel who have said they will advise their depo re this. Meanwhile the funds of £88.00 have been taken from my account. Can you advise me on what to do next as this is very frustrating. I ordered the dress on 1/12 and it was with courier 4/12.

I received my item it was scratched on arrival. I tried to ring the phone number which does not work there's a recorded message then line goes dead. Also emailed no response. Posted item back as I want a replacement one without a scratch as its for Christmas. Also I believe that my return p&p should be refunded as it is not my fault the item has had to be returned

Hi there, There were two points which affected my experience of Cruise. I ordered my Belstaff cost as a result of being invited to redeem the 30% off through your mailing list. I felt aggrieved that just two days later you offered the same discount plus vouchers to everyone so I really should of waited .....I would welcome receipt of such vouchers as my spend was high. Postage, I was suprised that you charge for postage on such big atv orders...... I would welcome your reply Regards Jim Wheatland

I have two problems with Cruise which will probably stop me buying from them again. Firstly inaccurate sizing and secondly having to pay for returns: I bought four items of DKNY knitwear - all the same size – all described as a ‘regular’ fit - yet the each one is a very different – two or three of the items will have to be returned. One item is so small it would not fit a child. Now I have hassle and cost of having to pay for returning the misdescribed items. Most online retails don’t charge for returns.
