For the third year in a row I have not had my full order fulfilled. They advertise they have stock of an item and let you order then a few days later email you to say they are out of stock with it and cancel the order. Major disappointment. Updated levels of stock would soon help this situation. Once again has left me disappointed with Cruise.

Ordered from Cruise a few times now and half the orders I've made haven't arrived because they are 'out of stock'. In my opinion you shouldn't say you have a product if you don't. Other orders have came and are different colours etc to the images shown on the website. Good range of designer products and I have had some good experiences with the company but not the best designer shop out there.

Really expensive delivery and had to pay for the item to be returned because of sizeing issues thought I could return to store but was unable to do ended up costing me quite abit for something that was in the sale so didn't really end up get as good an offer as a thought so very disappointed

Placed an order on 31st December for 3 items at additional 20% discount rate but was disappointed to receive an email days later to say jacket I had purchased was no longer available. However said jacket is now showing on website as being available!

Item received with security tag, following this there was no customer contact, no reply to emails and still in limbo regarding the resolution after I returned the item and incurred an extra cost.

Customer care do not reply to emails. Site shows multiple items in stock when they are not. Has happened on three separate occasions now hence my review. Attempted to cancel order but this was ignored and I will now have to foot the return costs. Great site for clothes but the absolute worst for customer service.

I ordered over the internet and received confirmation of the order. The confirmation stated that the order would be delivered the next day of which I paid £6 for. The order was not delivered until day 7 after the order was placed. Very disappointing.

I Purchased a Stone Island jumper on 27th December and received email to confirm order. Email stated aim was to deliver next working day but by 5th January I still hadn't received email to confirm order had been despatched. I tried to phone the number but busy so emailed and reply advised busy but query would be looked at ASAP. Same day received confirmation of despatch and actual delivery same evening, Cruise emailed 6th January to confirm delivered. Absolutely love the jumper and it was nicely packaged but I was very concerned at the time it took to receive and no email to advise delay. I know really busy at this time but was starting to think that this was a fake site!

Ordered 2 items, waited 13 days to be told one item was out of stock and I would receive a refund for it. Other item arrived after 15 days and I'm still waiting for a refund for the other item and it's now been 18 days. Also the item I ordered that was out of stock was in stock they had just put it up to full price after the sale and we're obviously not willing to give me it for the price I had ordered it for in the sale. I've used many other online shops for designer clothing over the years and a good few over the Xmas period and cruise is the only one I will not be using again.

Bag is a lot smaller than it looks, my purse which is not big, normal square purse took up all the space inside with no room for anything else, sent bag back, awaiting a refund

My dress was delivered on time but it still had the security tag on it so i had to make a special journey to Cruise in Newcastle to get it removed.

I won't be purchasing from Cruise again, EVERYTIME I order there's an issue. I've had wrong sizes and colour. My last order was the wrong size, I couldn't be bothered to reconcile and will just list the item on eBay. Goodbye Cruise!

You left my parcel with a neighbour who was not home for 2 days therefor I could not get my goods in time for what I wanted. Since I had to pay £6.00 for delivery on an £85.00 item I was not happy as most other companies give free delivery if you spend over £50.00. As this was for a special occasion I paid for the delivery but still did not get my goods in time.

Waited over 2 weeks for items to be delivered. One item out of stock, despite still bein shown as being available on website. Received no reply to emails I sent asking for updates on my order. Money taken from my account 2 weeks after purchase was made. Hugely disappointed. I appreciate it is a busy time off year, but if other companies can manage it, then there is no excuse for a brand like cruise. Will seriously think twice before ordering again.

We ordered a beige Gucci jacket £455 we recieved a grey gucci jacket with the security tag still on it, the delivery was very quick (next day) tried to phone and got no answer, read the instruction we had to pay for it to be sent back and by recorded delivery another £15

My son's £160 CP hoodie came with a button loose which then fell off. The staff in the Edinburgh George Street store were very helpful and arranged for this to be repaired. Special thanks to Ruth and Steven. We shop regularly at Cruise and it's a shame that the quality of the product online on this occasion was not up to scratch.

My order took over 10 days to be delivered, although it was xmas I have ordered at xmas in the past and the order was on time but this year it was a poor service from cruise. Also I wasn't able to track my parcel either. I have now returned the goods and have purchased said items elsewhere.

May well be 1st and last time I use your service. Ordered on 20/12 for Christmas presents, nothing on website said that it was to late for Christmas delivery. I had ordered from other shops on same day and they all came. Website said link to monitor delivery, but did not work. Website gives 2 phone nos, 1 said you were closed phoned during working hours, other says calls are recorded but line then goes silent but is still connected. Have received on average 3 emails a day from you since signing up, but got almost no delivery information. Finally got through to customer services on 24/12 and was told I should have read the small print but received no help. So had to go out Christmas Eve to rebuy presents. Have returned 1 item as it was not what I ordered, delivered back to you on 31/12 but have not heard anything from you re credit etc. To recap, upmarket products at upmarket prices at poundland service!!!!
