I chose an item that had been denoted as one size. Now this seemed strange as all other items that were down to a single size had simply s, m, l etc illustrating one size left. I then clicked on item that had Sl north is size came up nowhere on the size chart. It was what looked to be a fine stretch Jersey top so after deliberation it suggested to me that there was one size fits all hence the unidentifiable Sl that I read as S L so small they large that's why its not listed on size chart. Wrong was simply a S so have to pay twice on postage to return an item due to a poorly laid out size/stock scenario that was inconsistent with every other listed product I could find.

I have returned the top i purchased 10 days ago I have not had an email to say received back. Poor that u have to pay to return items

I asked for a jacket to be delivered to a store so I could try it for size. Despite repeated requests to the warehouse by the manager and an assistant ( who couldn't have been more helpful) the jacket had not appeared 2 weeks later. I ordered it on-line- and surprise surprise- it arrived within 2 days. This was poor service-not by the store, but by the warehouse. I don't see why I should be asked to pay up front for a high value item just to come into a store.

Decent products and delivery, though returns process isn't great. Wrong amount refunded and delay in response via email. Have bought a few things in the last but this has put me off using again.

When I placed my recent order I attempted to order some nudie jeans and I didnt recieve order confirmation I clicked on the pay now button and it sent me to the homepage! I also didnt receive an email so I assumed it hadnt worked. I did everything again then it gave me confirmation and emailed me as well! Approximately 15 minutes later I received an email for the first order. I instantly emailed your customer services and requested to cancel the order for the following reason! A couple of days later I received emails saying both parcels had been collected by courier! Later on that day I received an email back from customer services saying we cant cancel your order as it has already been collected by courier! I just find it really fustrating how my request wasnt dealt with it also made my current account overdrawn so im really disappointed and I now have to pay to post it back to you! Really annoyed with your service!

I was informed 3 items out of 4 items were out of stock one week later order confirmation. The last item were shipped in full postage without asking if I still want the order. My postage was waived after couple of requests. I would rate you very poor if I didn't get my postage back...

No problem with ordering through the Cruise website however the delivery company they nominated for the order were not very good. Not at all flexible at arranging a delivery time!

I bought some fairly expensive Vivienne Westwood designer jewellery and was very disappointed to see that it was presented in a plastic bag and not in a pouch or box as I would expect. I emailed to complain as this was for my friends 40th birthday. I was reassured that a box would be sent out and this is yet to arrive. Through correspondence I stated that I would not be buying designer jewellery from Cruise again as there was no evidence that the jewellery was authentic. Thank you

£6 delivery is a joke and cost me £3.30 to send a item back not impressed when you pay alot of money for clothes as it is

Defective Vivienne westwood ladies shoes that I ordered have Some of the print missing off the design.phoned you and everyone mailed you.sent images of defect and one week later still waiting whether I return item or get a dicount.not happy .waiting for decision off "HIGHER MANAGEMENT" please contact me.

When placing orders for quite a high amount I am very disappointed that delivery charges are so high. Unless I was desperate for something I wouldn’t consider shopping online with Cruise again, especially when I also then need to pay for returning items and cant do it in store. Since Cruise have gone into partnership with Sports Direct it also has put me off shopping in store,

Due to working shifts I mostly shop online as it's convenient, however when I have to return goods I have to pay for the postage, I took the goods into my local store, to be met with attitude from the shop assistants. This really angered me as myself and my husband have spent a small fortune in Cruise and its sister stores. When I asked about returning or exchanging goods in store she snottily replied it was something they didn't do, when I queried having to pay to return goods she said it wasn't her problem, absolutely disgusting attitude to have. Poor customer service skills, looking down her nose at people.......

My order was sent to another address more than a week ago and I still have not gotten my things. Regardless of who's fault it is it is poor service.

I was placing my 2nd order online with Cruise and had placed a number of items into my basket, which to me is the same as being in store and putting items behind the counter whilst you continue to shop, the items in my basket then became "currently out of stock" meaning I could no longer purchase these items and I feel that this is unacceptable and shopping online should carry the same protection as shopping in store and items should not be allowed to be sold from under your nose when placed into your basket. I have submitted a complaint through Cruise customer care and await a response.

communication wasn't the best. ordered a jacket that was told was out of stock so ordered a replacement only to be sent both jackets and charged for both.

Didn't have the item I ordered in stock so they sent me a similar inferior item instead. I didn't want the item so tried to return it to my local store so I'd save on postage, but no they wouldn't accept it! So in all, I'm £11 out of pocket for something that was Cruise's fault. They should have just cancelled order and refunded my cash instead of sending me an alternative. It's the first time I've used the website and it will be the last.
