i got delivered the wrong product from what i ordered but I had to wear it cause it was meant to be for my birthday, and I paid £135.99 for my product then I was told I cannot get a refund which was Poor because why Send me out the wrong product

Bought shoes In the sale sent a mismatch and had to pay delivery for them being sent and to have them sent back - waste of my time and money .. have purchased a few things from you now and will be reconsidering that in the future

Ordered a £700 bag a week ago, chased up delivery today and been told that you will not know where it is for another 48 hours? I know it's Christmas and a busy time but its an expensive bag and would like to know whereby it is?

Thought the postage at £5.99 was a bit much for a local delivery , would of preferred a store pick up service instead

I received the incorrect delivery (someones package from Aberdeen / I'm from Glasgow) & have sent 3 emails with details / photos & called once & still no progress. Having to call again today to chase along. Then received my order with 2 items missing & the package re sealed by AN Other not at the warehouse.

ordered a tracksuit which was £263 including delivery, it stated 20% off and I clearly didn't get it, sent a email to customer service to say what happened and could I send it back to get a refund. They told me they would get back to me in upto 48hours and didn't and just sent the tracksuit on out. Raging for spending so much money and receiving no help at all.

Although I normally love cruise I am completely disappointed in the recent orders. The system crashed while placing an order, showed no trace of the order going through and no confirmations. Put the order through successfully only to find that cruise had processed the original, despite not notifying. I contacted cruise immediately to have one of the orders stopped but have been blatantly ignored, no response to emails sent a week ago and because of it I've had to pay to return an order that should never have been processed let alone sent. You should have fail safe mechanisms in your system ie if a customer doesn't complete the order it shouldn't go through. Your system whilst it crashed however decided it wasn't going to wait for a confirmation. I can cope with poor IT systems to some degree, but the ignorant and poor customer service, I won't accept. Highly unlikely I will shop in the future unless there are significant improvements as customers should not be out of pocket on account of a supplier error

The item i recieved is too small so i wanted to exchange for a bigger size only to be told that i need to pay a further amount to return the jeans i think its a very poor service and i will be returning the jeans and not shopping with you again i have spent thousands with you between your online store and going into the actual store yet smaller businesses offer to cover the cost of returns but a huge business like cruise offers nothing very unhappy ex customer

Didn't make it clear where to enter a promo code as I already had a card saved and didnt need to enter payment details. Emailed immediately after spending £330 to see if I could get the code added to my order (was still within promotion timeframe) and they didn't respond for 5 days only to be met by a short sentence explaining that nothing would be changed. We spend a lot of money with Cruise but I will be returning my order and won't be shopping again unless I absolutely have to.

My Only problem with ordering with Cruise, is when you pay for delivery, you shouldn't have to pay to return the item. Other company's manage to cover it in the one payment. It cost me £5.99 delivery and £11.00 to send the Item back....£17.00 to try something on!!!

I have never had any problems with Cruise before, but I ordered a suit last week which I need for next week. You sent a 40R jacket and 38R trousers. I emailed customer care on the 23rd Oct saying that I would either need a 38R jacket and 40R trousers or I will have to return for a refund as the current combination I have don't fit. Despite sending 2 reminder emails I am yet to receive a response and looks like I won't have my suit for the occasion I intended to use it for next week and have had to go and buy another one from elsewhere!

When buying a Gucci handbag online I would have expected this to come in a box rather that just wrapped in bubble wrap and a black bag.

Having to pay delivery costs when other competitors offer free delivery is a disgrace. Also no student discount given online

Had to return item as it did not fit me, cost £8.99 for delivery and then had to pay for return. A lot of companies ie Adidas , asos for example do free returns and there clothes are far cheaper to buy in the first place.

There wasn't a problem with the clothing, it was the fact you had to pay £6.99 for delivery, I personally think that's a disgraceful amount, especially considering you can get next day delivery from a lot of stores for cheaper
