Bought a Stone Island Logo bag. Turned up without the shoulder strap cover. Called twice to try and rectify the problem. No solution and still waiting for any call back.

I went in to Aberdeen shop to buy my son a stone island jumper it was white and had a mark on it, the person said there was none in stock and I could not order one to the shop!! I had to get it online, and there is no click collect either so they wanted another £5 on top for delivery this is a joke as if the clothes are not exspenceve enough

Always good service. But this time get a marked item and now it take a lot of time for exchange it. I have written to the custumer service and get back after 6 days, then they ask send a pictures of thish iteam now I need waiting a huge amound a time ...

I placed an order with cruise paying extra for special delivery & STILL don't have my parcel. This was a birthday gift. On telephoning the carrier they said it looks like the parcel has gone abroad??!! I asked if they could investigate however they said I need to contact cruise. Tried to do so but their online contact number was closed???!!! Very very disappointed. Expensive item ordered & no idea where it even is.

I received a call & email asking for nearly 25% of the purchase price to complete delivery. Shipping and taxes were to be included in the amount charged. Please refund my purchases (over $2,000) and have your carrier bring you back the merchandise if I am going to have to pay more.

You sent me a faulty bag which cost me £11 in postage to return. Despite being promised by your customer services that this would be refunded if I e-mailed them proof of this postage they have not even replied to my e-mail let alone refunded my postage. The bag was poorly packaged which was probably the cause of the damage. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Cruise again.

I had to return items due to not fitting I contacted cruise by email to say the card I paid on was cancelled due to me losing it and could they pay into my new card Straight away I got an email saying no it would have to be by check which I think is poor customer service I returned items to Hugo boss marks and Spencer's etc not a bit of bother I have emailed asking when check will be issued still waiting on reply everything done by email I have no telephone number to speak to a member of cruise staff it's the first time I've shopped at online cruise and will certainly be my last ...

Unfortunately this time I did not have a good experience with cruise. Ordered two Ralph Lauren shirts for my son who was starting back school. One white and one black. Shirts arrived wrong size. had been sent. Actual shirt stated size Medium but tickets on items stated X large. Had to return items back to cruise, Which may I add I had to pay once again to sent items back. Still waiting to hear from Cruise.

Received parcel fine but didn't fit sent back first class and haven't even got a email to said they have received it not happy as I even spent nearly £7 to send them back and only wanted a exchange for a different size.

Quality different to the tops in the store, i bought a polo shirt in store on the Monday and was soft and sat nice when on and these ones were different quality and smaller. I ordered a pack of 2 t-shirts as a gift and the box they came in was falling apart ripped and open.

Website set up poor. Clothes should be shown on models with information on their size to see you how the product fits. Price for returns is ridiculous. Won't be shopping online again.

Shoes that were sent didnt match and one had a dirty mark on the front. On the positive side, being offered a full refund and postage for sending back refund too was great customer service

2 Stars because the service was good and shipping was very fast but the quality is like a shi*! I bought two 'Off-White' Shirts from the 'mirror' collection and I wear today the one shirt and have two holes! What the fu** is that?! Never again!

Having purchased for the first time with cruise I was very excited to receive my item and was very disappointed once it arrived. Delivery was great. Once I opened package I noticed that I had been sent an ex display shoe. I was un aware of this when I ordered and feel that I should have been informed when item was being processed or packaged. The item had the price label on the sole along with a few marks, aswell as inside the shoe there were a few black marks from when people have been trying the shoe on. For designer shoes I would not expect this standard. Very disappointed.
