Order was the wrong colour so had to send it back. Paid £6 delivery then £8 to return 😫 Found right colour on a different online shop with free delivery and returns, wish I had ordered here first. Maybe you could look at your prices for delivery/returns policy. Thanks

Offer for 20% off, when got to check out there was nothing advising how to claim the 20% off, so had to pay full price, will not be using this again

We visited both stores in Newcastle on Sunday 3rd December. After visiting the first store we continued to the 2nd store purchasing items. We then went back to the first store purchased more items to be told that both stores had 20% off that day. We were very disappointed that our purchase in the 2nd store that we were not told about this and paid full price. How can one store offer 20% and the other store not even mentioned it. When we questioned this we were told that it was to meet sales targets. To say the least we were very very disappointed with the consistency of the sales staff.

When I went to place an order of a black belt I selected a size and it switched it to a brown belt without making me aware so I checked out. I payed £6.99 for delivery for the belt to not even come in a box just some bag. I then realised I got the incorrect item. I drove 100 miles to the store in Glasgow to return item/ swap for a black one to be told that they can’t deal with anything bought online. I then relised I will have to pay to return item then repurchase in black. I’m so disappointed. Me and my boyfriend love the Cruise shops but will not be using online ever again, very unhappy with service.

My purchase arrived in great time and exactly how it was supposed too. Very pleased however, I don't think it fair you have to pay for postage. I live within 1 mile of a Cruise Store so believe having my purchase delivered to there for free would have been far better.

I recieved a Cyber 20% off deal and a £50 voucher for every £250 spent. I spent over £340 and got the discount code but did not recieve my voucher and i also emailed about it but that was ignored.

hi sir i recevd my order 28 11 7017 armani zip thr black HOODY 14[L]P CODE 665094/03/430 unfortunately this size was smole.i try to change size ctuise shop but they told me becouse you bout it online. you change it online.three time i email and ask pleas send me address were i post and please send me [16] size.i receve just one email replay some body contecte you with in 24 to 48 hour. after i email three time but no body replay

I spent a lot of money on a Burberry Purse for a gift, I have purchased many before from the store and I have had friends that have ordered one online who received the box to go with the purse. I never received a box and I am still waiting for someone to tell me whether I can get one or not. When spending that sort of money the least I expect is to receive the box!

Only complaint is that you don’t take returns back at your stores I carried to ur Glasgow shop to be told I had to post it because I ordered it on line at a cost of £8.55 don’t understand why? Will you refund my postage? Every other shop accept their returns at their stores Cruise need to catch up with everyone else

Hi I didn’t have a bad experience but when the t shirt arrived i realised that It wasn’t very big and decided to order the bigger size. I was told that I couldn’t return to shop so I had to pay £6.99 postage, then postage to return then £6.99 to re order which is very high.

I ordered on Black Friday and entered the code to receive my 20% discount. This was not applied so I emailed within minutes of placing the order hoping that this could be rectified. I received an email stating it could not. I do not think I will be using Cruise again as a result.

Quite often wen I order from the internet site they often get it wrong as is in this case again , completely wrong style of jeans which I now need to send back and exchange fir the ones I wanted, must try harder

Wet quick delivery however when parcel arrived it was very poorly packaged. Looked as though it had been rolled up in a ball and thrown in. No dust bag nor any clear sealed bag. Item was only in cruise black zip bag, which was half opened) rolled into a ball. Also bought on Black Friday and there was no vouchers in the package. Delivery outer packaging was securely sealed so something went wrong in your warehouse.

It cost 6.99 for postage and packing then another £8.50 to return the item. Totally ridiculous considering most company’s give free returns and postage and packing when spending £50 or more.

I found it rather odd that I couldn't collect my purchase in store and had to collect elsewhere at an inconvenience to myself.

The garments were too big and one I didn't like so I had to spent £23 returning them by recorded delivery. Not very happy about the returns policy.

I ordered my partner a pair of shoes only to receive an email saying the item was no longer available. A few hours later i was on the website and the shoes were available in the size i had ordered. As the order had originally been placed the money had been taken from my account and not returned for 5 days which returned after the discount had now ended. This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me and feel for a company like cruise, flannels, van mildert etc to have a system that doesn't update when an order is made is poor. I spend a lot of money every year in these stores and feel let down by this system not at any fault of the staff. I had been in contact with Katie who was a help and offered to give me the discount so as i placed the order yesterday there is now the cyber offer which would have gave me my discount and a return on my money spend as these shoes are £650. Would have been nice if i would have been advised on this offer and to hold off a few more hours in order to receive my discount and vouchers for my money spent. As a returning customer who has shopped in cruise for over 15 years i feel let down in a series of poor service in the past week Reagards Scott

I ordered 2 Ralph Lauren polos, one had the logo missing. I’ve has to return it and pay for tracked postage even though it’s not my fault the item is faulty. It can’t be replaced apparently.

Shop assistants in Cruise Glasgow store were less than friendly and helpful. Went in to purchase a Christmas present and all they could do was look at me blankly as if I was an idiot. Will not be returning.
