Bought a stone island ghost over shirt last Tuesday and it only arrived today even tho I got an email saying that it was collected on Sunday, rung your Customer service department and the just give me back my delivery cost back. Terrible service for a big company like yourselves

One t-shirt had clearly been used to wipe the warehouse floor! How had it passed quality control? It wasn't folded in the bag correctly and was missing the paper used in the other 3 t-shirts. I will now waste my time and effort in returning it. Poor.

The website is easy to use and the product selection good however as an overseas customer the delivery service is poor. Firstly it is as if not more expensive as other retailers but there the similarities end. The local couriers are the cheapest who have difficulty finding locations, have very poor customer service departments and in general offer a very poor service

The packaging I received the garment in was poor. I ordered a Blazer and normally something like this comes in a cardboard box but this was delivered in a plastic parcel bag with no other protective paper around the item. Although the item wasn’t damaged it could easily have been. Poor standard but delivered within the time frame.

Returns policy is a disgrace 14 days till processing and another 14 for a refund or replacement what do you do cancel the wedding or buy from elsewhere ?

DELIVERY CHARGE TOO HIGH, HAD TO ALSO COVER THE COST OF REFUND SO A £40 TSHIRT COST ME AN EXTRA £14 IN POSTAGE AND RETURN. WON'T BE BUYING ONLINE AGAIN

Think when you spend £160 on a couple of t-shirts then £6 to have them delivered they deserve to be handled better than just threw in a cheap plastic bag!

My parcel was supposed to arrive today but no sign of it - this has now happened a few times from Cruise - disappointed as I go on holidays tomorrow

Great products at decent pricing but postage costs passed to the buyer without free returns when dealing with high value items simply looks like a money making exercise. I doubt I would use you again for that purpose.

Fed up paying £6.99 delivery charge when spending a lot of money. Especially when you have to potentially pay again to return items. Won't be using Cruise again until you sort this ridiculous delivery fee. Most other websites don't charge delivery over £50. Sort it out

The belt was not true to size. It was too small, although I am very slim. Also the postage of £6.99 is more expensive than most and you do not have a paid for return service, so I've had to pay to return it to exchange for a larger size.

Paid for 24 hour delivery, Jean's eventually arrived 5 days later. While this was the couriers fault I called Cruise to complain and reimburse the 24 hour shipping charge. I have been reimbursed 30% of the cost so tomorrow will be the 4th call to Cruise regarding this order, lack of delivery and charges.

First time I have received a faulty item and the other was out of stock 4 days after I placed the order. No correspondence with customer services since 27 June. I want all postage refunded including £3.50 to post back faulty item. Very disappointed to say the l least.
