Quick delivery however 6.99 for a delivery and paid returns are not acceptable these days.

Personally I think it’s terrible that you have to pay for delivery then you have to pay to send the things back if there no suitable or take them back to shop and get your money

Items are good, but delivery is very expensive and slow. Also wish they would accept online exchanges and returns in store. A bit inconvenient!

Item returned being incorrect size. Unfortunately postage costs which are high anyway not refunded.

Had to send my shoes back that are still in post arriving to you for a refund. I ordered a size 9 and I got size 11 which was disappointing cause I bought them for my birthday weekend. I didn’t have enough time to send them back for a exchange of a different size.

Delivery was stated at 3-5 days, it was 8 days for a charge of £6.99 . next time I'll stick to Paul Smith next day delivery for a cheaper price

Hi, the overall proceeds of purchasing with Cruise was a very easy process up until delivery. The jacket I purchased was delivered with two security tags still attached. I then had to go into the store. confirm with staff I had actually purchased the jacket, and then wait for the tags to be removed.

Ordered a £370 pair of shoes for them to arrive with black marks around the rim of the shoes. The packaging was torn. Some minor issues but considering the price paid should have been a higher standard

I bought a t shirt for my sons birthday. The order was placed on the 25th September to be sent to his address. It actually arrived at a shop on 3rd October. Contacting customer service was a waste of my time. I think the delivery charge was excessive, but more so when it took 8 days to deliver to a shop.
