I ordered Vivienne Westwood boxer shorts as a gift but when the parcel arrived the box was very badly bashed/damaged and not able to be given as a gift which was really disappointing. I called your customer service department but the advisor was quite unhelpful. All she suggested I do was refer to your returns process in your website. I explained I’d already done that and noted that I would have to pay postage to return the goods which I found unfair given the parcel was damaged. When I explained this the advisor simply said I could take photographs of the package and send them to you but that it would take some time to consider/resolve. I have since just paid the postage and returned the goods for a refund but I’m really disappointed with the experience and I won’t be ordering from Cruise again in the future or recommending any of my friends and family do so either.

I'm really disappointed to give a poor review, but after spending over £150 plus £7 on delivery, the gift I'd ordered arrived in a battered box, not reflecting the spend. When I called customer care, I was advised I need to return the item (at my cost unless I provide photos of the battered box) and if it arrives back they will send another one of the only 3 remaining products that are the same as mine - very unlikely given the time of year. I was disappointed with the quality of one of my items also. The delivery of the third item was much better, at least it came wrapped in appropriate packaging but overall I'm not sure what if anything I will keep and its unlikely I will shop with Cruise again. Disappointing service and disappointing customer service.

Having being an existing customer i was a shocked to find my parcel was very poorly packed.Having spent a large amount of my hard earned to money to find it came in a opened see through plastic bag with my jeans inside.The see through plastic bag looked like it was laying on the floor for weeks and placed with my jeans inside.I find that totally unacceptable from a company of your stature.I never expected this kind of poor packaging.

Considering the price you have to pay for delivery my item was in a plastic box in a bag I would have expected to have a cruise bag enclosed as this is a present very disappointed

Jumper can fine but paid £10 which is an extortionate amount of money for next day delivery for it not to come next day

Ordered 2 stone island t shirts. Was charged online £115 for one of then & when it arrived the price on the label was £110. Also think it should be free delivery after a certain amount of money. £6.99 is the most Iv paid from any other shopping website for standard delivery.

Received email about promotion , so decided to spend over £500 to get a voucher for £100. The delivery was a day late and also missing two expensive items, which is still under investigation. So haven’t got them yet. Then to be told that I won’t get the £100 voucher because of the items I bought were not in the promotion. Not very good in my opinion. I think this should have been more clear and not misleading.

Although the jumper was fine and as described I found the packaging to be well below that expected for the amount of money the jumper cost. £191 including above average postage costs it was delivered in a plastic bag which looked as though it was reused. As I stated the jumper was in perfect condition but I would be reluctant to use your online service in future.

Ordered a few items had to return due to sizing returned and appalled that we had to pay £20 postage will no longer be using cruise for further purchases I am also still waiting on the £100 voucher I qualified for I have tried to contact customer service but no response outraged at this service aswell

Returned item for an exchange only to be told item was out of stock , when I checked online there was plenty stock available , looks like whoever processed the return couldn’t be arsed and just said item wasn’t available and processed refund . High end retailers need to start shipping free and give free returns , the clothing isexpensive enough to warrant this . Up your game Cruise .

order was correct, good quality and well packaged. although payed for next day delivery which is fairly expensive at 1pm friday. order was not processed untill 10pm that night and did not recieve untill monday afternoon needed item for saturday so poor delivery service.
