“I would have gave 5 stars but I feel the postage is quite high I saved money on clothes but feel paid it bck with postage”

“Shopping with cruise was so easy, there online page is so easy to navigate, all items ordered received were beautifully packaged. I did email customer services to see if my order was coming in to parts and the reply was straight away.read so many bad reviews. My experience was excellent. Will be shopping again .”

“Generally impressed with the service. Item delivered within the stated timescale. Jacket cost £850 and was only packaged in a plastic shipping bag. Luckily it appears to be fine. Competitors use cardboard boxes to enhance protection when shipping. Delivery charge on an item of this value is annoying.”

“I have been happy with products bought, unfortunately delivery has failed 2 out 4 orders, I would suggest Royal Mail next day or tracked 24, I know for a fact it’s cheaper than £9.99”
