“Service and delivery has been good. I have however not yet received my £100 voucher after spending over £500 in your recent offer. I have emailed a number of days ago and have yet to receive a response or update despite your commitment to respond within a 48hr period. I still await a response - and it has tainted the experience somewhat. I would have expected cruise to honour the terms of your deal and not to have me chasing what should be an automatic receipt of the £100 voucher. Kind regards Paul 07917 013924”

“Purchase arrived promptly, could have been packaged better. When buying expensive fur products care should be taken to give the best fur available, and zips should be checked as some can be quite hard to get up on the particular item I bought. Although I was disappointed with the fur on my product and the zip being hard to get up the jacket was lovely and I have worn it and it’s very warm”

“I thought the despatch and delivery of my item was excellent, however I thought the presentation of it quite poor. I ordered a dress which came in a cellophane bag with no hanger, and a black material cruise bag was folded in the package. The dress was great, but I expected it to be packaged more luxurious when it cost £750 in the sale. Came packaged like something my kids would have spent £9.99 on at boohoo. Having said that I loved the dress and like I said despatch was excellent.”
