“Have used Cruise for years now. Lots of labels to choose from and generally good value. Only thing stopping a 5* rating is the postage costs and lack of returns service (free or discounted). Would buy more if this was rectified.”

“I needed to exchange an item for a bigger size and wanted to change the colour but would have had to wait for a refund and then reorder as stores can't deal with online orders, so now a birthday present will be late which is an inconvenience, other than that delivery was fast and on time.”

“Overall good experience using Cruise Fashion but one things I like to point out is my order was split into 2 delivery but wasn’t noticed via email this happening so may be something to keep in mind for future for things like this, as I thought the order had been messed up at first.”

“I use you regular am sick of you and your mate flannels £7 delivery charge no matter how much you spend but am happy with your sales when you got my size and the brands you sell, at least make it an option to deliver to a store in future or something please, good work tho”
