“This shop is a god send for my teenage sons and my place to go at Christmas for my sons designer clothing only negative is the £6.95 postage and no free returns other than that they’ve served me well with 3 fussy teenagers”

“I was really happy with the service and the item I had received. However I paid £70 for the item and it had a sticker for £56 on it so it had been reduced but not updated online which is annoying.”

“First time shopper. Very impressed with speed of delivery and company feels very reliable. Only problem for shopper outside UK is sizing. UK 12 for me is a size 40 in Sweden, but here it is a size 38. Makes me unsure of what to order.”

“I was very happy with my Valentino clutch bag however it didn’t come in a Valentino gift box? Just a dust bag. Any bags I normally purchase come in a gift box. It’s good to store them in to keep them in good condition.”

“Although all my previous transactions with cruise have been great, I was left disappointed when I found out that 3 of the 4 items I ordered were out of stock. I understand that it must be hard to keep an accurate track of stock but it took longer than I would have liked to be informed that the items were out of stock”

“After reading some poor reviews of CRUISE it was with some trepidation that I placed an order online for some Jimmy Choo shoes and bag for my wife, for her upcoming birthday. I was therefore pleasantly surprised when the whole transaction and delivery process went smoothly and my wife is now one happy lady - well done CRUISE.”
