“Very good service. Delivery arrived very quickly. Was kept up-to-date. Only concern was the state of the shoe box which I received. Terrible condition which is frustrating after spending a high sum of money on an item.”

“Products are brill but shipping and returns needs to be free. Spending this amount of money and not being able to take it to the post office without shelling out again when you are ordering a different size is costly... 2 delivery charges and a return charge just for a size swop. Puts me off ordering”

“Incredible service, they kept me updated regularly on the status of my parcel and when it was expected to be delivered. Would definitely order from here again. However, I was slightly disappointed as the Valentino box was damaged around the edges.”

“I genuinely think that charging people delivery fees for items that are over £200 is disgraceful. If they are willing to spend that amount of money they shouldn’t be charged a delivery fee you money grabbing cunts. Hope your business goes bankrupt you horrible bastards.
