“Hi, Just a quick question, the sweatshirt I bought cost me £200 but on opening the package the tag said £190. Why is this?”

“The qualty of garmemts was first class.There was a problem with my order but the way it was dealt with very swiftly & I was given back the £10 deliverly money back. Witch i thought was very good. The only problem i had was the email from Flannels witch i had never heard of. I just found it a bit confusiong. Apart from that i found the service very good”

“Delivery was excellent. The only area that could use improvement was the packaging. I'd expect a coat to arrive in a proper coat/suit bag and be on a hanger, instead it was folded (badly) and forced into a dust bag that was too small. The result was that the coat needed steaming before wearing to remove the creases.”

“I would have gave cruise 5 stars if it wasn’t for their delivery charge. I spend a lot at cruise online and it’s always over £150. I’m also responsible for covering the postage if I need to return anything.”

“Item arrived very quickly but was disappointed after spending time over £300 that i had to pay £6.99 delivery! Also disappointed that the item came in a plastic bag, again fir that amount if money i would have expected a gift box!”

“Delivery is always fast & efficient. However I think different designers have a variation of their own sizes. Maybe this could be made a little clearer under the item description as often it states ‘true to size’ which often creates a misleading view. For example Off White joggers states ‘model is...... height & wear a size ........The comparison was a massive difference. My son is almost 6ft & medium waist. Waist was perfect but length was far too long. Cruise should value their loyal customers & offer free returns.”
