“Everything was as described, came in good condition. Fast shipping. However if communication between vendor and buyer was better it would be an excellent service”

“Good service, fast delivery. Howveer spent money on next day delivery and was informed a friend who did standard delivery got their item the next day also. I spent extra money when they didn’t have to which isn’t fair at all imo you may as well remove the option.”

“Cruise fashion or flannels has an amazing range of high end designer products to choose from. And the prices are very competitive with the likes of bicester village etc. However thier returns policy is appalling!!! Such a big company and how can you not have a free returns scheme with any courier company? Just appalling!!!!”

“Hi I bought trainers but the box was in terrible condition and the delivery man tried to give it to next door but as I had the delivery time so was able to watch for the delivery and had to go out to stop him apart from that was happy with the trainers just a shame about the box as I keep my trainers in the boxes meany thanks”

“I ordered some clothes and forgot to use the 20% FF20 code. I contacted customer service and asked if it could be put on at their end. It took 4/5 days for them to get back to me and under the recent circumstances I appreciate that but they have said they will add the discount. Happy”

“Vert sceptical at first due to the Other reviews, but to my surprise the shipping went very smooth. Recieved my package Within a week, and I live in Sweden. Only reason this gets a 4 star is because the actual package I revieved was teared open, but no fault With the product.”

“The staff r very friendly. I really like the online outlet but miss the outlet store in Glasgow Fort....the store had the best bargains. The staff in the outlet were fab....Sean the manager was really top of his game. The variety of brands is amazing.”
