Generally impressed with the service. Item delivered within the stated timescale. Jacket cost £850 and was only packaged in a plastic shipping bag. Luckily it appears to be fine. Competitors use cardboard boxes to enhance protection when shipping. Delivery charge on an item of this value is annoying.
