“Placed order never received goods despite courier stating was delivered customer service not taking phone calls sent 2 emails no response from cruise customer service issue still not resolved..have made several purchases from cruise never any problems can’t believe how bad the customer care is and will give serious consideration about future spending if my matter is not resolved satisfactorily..contact no 07572165601”

“This hasn't been the 1st time I have purchased from Cruise, but my recent purchased arrived in a torn puch with one item (Mens Gucci belt) was thrown in without any packaging.....I was not happy on receiving the items in this condition considering the amount they cost!! Disappointed!!! .Not to their usual standard!!”
