“Very good selection of clothes &designer's I prefer,The problem I do have is that when I'm spending a considerable amount of money you then get hit with a ridiculous delivery charge,this needs to be looked at.”

“Wouldn’t order again to be honest... I have now messaged Cruise on the app and emailed about faulty item I’ve received well over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back still, I am really not impressed as you can imagine. I will be sending the White Hugo jumper that has black marks all down one side of the arm and I do expect a full refund of p&p as I also had to pay for delivery too! I also have to get someone else to do it as I am pregnant and at high risk so won’t be entering any shops! This is not the first time I’m having issues with cruise delivery, my partner also purchased a Gucci belt costing £295 and it turned up in a plastic bag! I think for the money that we’re paying is just very poor! I’ll have send it back tomorrow as it’s bank holiday!”

“super fast service and came almost next day. Would say that it advised on your website that the shoes fit true to size and i got the balenciaga speed runners but they are big made so you have to size down.”

“Order jacket for my husband but too large n we,re taking it back for a smaller size which is fine but the charge for the postage is horrendous.... if I pay a fortune for the jacket then shouldn’t charge for the postage..that is my main complaint”

“Very very bad services. I ordered 3 weeks ago goods in total amount of 428 £ and till now i didn’t received nothing. I try to contact them via e-mail, facebook , phone and nobody answered. I am very disapointed of this brand.”
