“Online cruise is great, thanks. Reason I purchased online is I phoned Cruise Glasgow and put aside an item that I informed them I would be in in a few hours to collect. I left work early to find that they had sold it earlier that day. This was a present for my husbands birthday. What is the point in holding an item for a customer if they are just going to sell it to anyone anyway. Not the cruise shopping experience I would expect. So all in all not so happy with the store but overall happy with my online experience. Unfortunately this has put me off shopping at cruise as I like to go in try on and see the products for myself instead of buying online.”

“Only part of the order arrived. Follow up communication indicated that the rest would follow and be received by a certain date. That date has passed and I still don’t know where the rest of the order is.”

“Iam online shopper for years , you need to update your email respond to the customer , very poor. Ordering and delivery very good but now I have a pending order that I didn’t get any info about shipping”

“Had to send my shoes back that are still in post arriving to you for a refund. I ordered a size 9 and I got size 11 which was disappointing cause I bought them for my birthday weekend. I didn’t have enough time to send them back for a exchange of a different size.”

“Purchased 2 EA items for my son firstly I thought the postage was excessive at £6:99 then when the items arrived they were badly packaged I returned the items because they were not what I wanted really this cost another £4:60 so in access of £11 for no goods the service was quick so no complaints there but to have to pay postage both ways does not sit right with me.”

“Delivery was stated at 3-5 days, it was 8 days for a charge of £6.99 . next time I'll stick to Paul Smith next day delivery for a cheaper price”

“I use you regular am sick of you and your mate flannels £7 delivery charge no matter how much you spend but am happy with your sales when you got my size and the brands you sell, at least make it an option to deliver to a store in future or something please, good work tho”
