“I was pleased with the ease of transaction with Cruise. Quality clothing delivered to your door. I have to mark it down one star however due to the courier company Cruise are using. My package was marked delivered and signed for by a "Mr Smith". I am not Mr Smith nor are there any nearby. After numerous calls to the courier company. I was getting nowhere fast. After pointing out what I mentioned above the courier arrived a few hours later with my delivery. He apologised and said he forgot to drop it off. A follow up call from the courier company and he had told them he had left it in the designated safe place at my property. Cruise change your courier company and I will happily continue to buy from you. However with your current contractor I'm unlikely to go rough all the hassle again.”

“There wasn't a problem with the clothing, it was the fact you had to pay £6.99 for delivery, I personally think that's a disgraceful amount, especially considering you can get next day delivery from a lot of stores for cheaper”

“my dear, I have just taken over the consignment. first of all I'm delighted packaging. the quality of the shirt is good as expected. but the problem is in the number. A number on the packaging and labeling, No. 5, which I told the other is on the 6th shirt shirt with the number higher, I tried. What now? I'm a little disappointed because I was due to the customs clearance and considerable costs about 60 € (all above 50 € shall be subject to import duties and taxes).”

“I had no reply from customer service to help me find out why my account could not be activated even though my order was completed and money was taken I was told my email address was unknown. I rejoined and set up new passwords but still nothing happened. They need to improve their website and make sure Paypal can be used and accepted. I was unable to use Paypal!”
