"Their customer service and quality of products is embarrassing. I will tell anyone who will listen, to NEVER buy products from this shady company. I purchased their 2024 Advent Calendar, that was all the rage on the blogs; but what they don't tell you is if one of the products leaked and causes MOLD to break out in the calendar, and even after you submit endless photos and follow up 5x with their customer service, they basically leave you hanging. \r\n\r\nI've opened a ticket, had weeks of message exchanges with their CS, they asked for batch numbers and ghosted me. I've finally asked them nicely to either accept the return, or give me an exchange, I've given them the opportunity to make it right, and was met with SILENCE and NOTHING."

"My order has not arrived for 3 months I told them everyday but no one is listening to me and they sent me a location to collect my order And they said you can\u2019t have it because it all cosmetic item and they said call cult beauty to refund your money or deliver it to another country so if this time happens and you will say come collect it I will not collect it and you will refund my money or put my money in the wallet or I will report you."

"I absolutely dont recommend Cultbeauty to order such expensive cosmetics. My order of Natasha Danone pallet came absolutely destroyed, they haven secured the staff inside ANYHOW. To tell that i am in rage means to tell nothing..it was supposed as a Christmas gift to my daughter.. \r\nAwful service, terrible experience. Never EVER again."
