"Saying goodbye to the old fashion way of auto care and service! I've found a new way of being more efficient with my time and money. After my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in on his schedule and wanted to me leave my car a full day for a simple brake pad replacement, the universe read my mind and I heard a commercial on the radio for Curbee. Intrigued by convenience of a mobile mechanic I went online and requested a quote. A day later (faster than my mechanic) I had a quote emailed to me breaking down the parts and labor costs. To my complete surprise and amazement it was 50% less than my mechanic in a fraction of the time in labor. I was able to call and schedule the service for 2 days later and just in time for my next Turo guest's reservation. \r\nI have to say that a company culture is evident by the attitude and interaction you have with it's employees. Not only was everyone I spoke with, from customer service to mechanic friendly, they were honest and genuinely happy people. They seemed to love their jobs and it shows. Working with people who value your business and enjoy their work makes all the difference. \r\nAs for the experience I had with my service, hands down top notch. The mechanic arrived at my business on time, accessed my car via lockbox and did his assessment. Turns out I didn't need any brake work for the rear just new pads and rotors on the front. They quickly coordinate to have another mechanic bring the necessary parts and complete the work so that my mechanic could move onto a different appointment. Not only did this save me time, clearly it values other customers' time as well. \r\nThe new mechanic arrived completed the job and secured the car all within an hour. Plenty of time remaining for my Turo guest's arrival. \r\nTo everyone at Curbee, thank you for revolutionizing the car service industry with such a convenient, efficient and cost saving service model. I will definitely use their services again for all my vehicles and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!"

“We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Curbee so far. We thought we'd try them out when we needed a new battery for our Sprinter van. It may have been a tad more expensive than if we had purchased our own battery but considering the amount of time it saved us, which was signficant, we probably came out ahead. We've just used them a second time this morning, for an oil change, and again, couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended!”

“Good service, but next time please don't assume we cancelled just because we were inaccessible on phone. I was trying to call back but the technician was not reachable, there was some issue on cell service on one of our ends and so he assumed we cancelled. we had to hence be flexible about the time of service since he had to come back later.”

“I know our specific situation with the stuck bolt was difficult to fix, but you and your team went all over this. Yes, it took a few days longer than we expected to get our brakes fixed, but I realize this was very difficult. Great Communication !! Great Work Ethics !! Great Job !! I will certainly recommend you to others and will use you next time.”

“Curbee is super convenient if you have space to access your car. Unfortunately this time around they came with the wrong parts despite emailing back & forth (probably the dealerships fault to be fair) and had to reschedule”

“That was better than I expected . Pricing was great . The time in which it was completed was incredibly quick. Had a serpentine belt and oil change and it was done in under 45 mins lol I was surprised at how fast it was done . Topped off washer fluid and my coolant for me as well. Thank you !! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know !!”
