multiple places missed (eg mirrors, cross bars, rear of seats). Water marks on windows. Would consider again for convenience but not for quality of work.

I got the car back and have some feedback. I'm quite disappointed with the work that was done given the price I paid. Here are some observations: - The job was completed in ~30 mins which is quite short for an exterior/interior detail (which had me somewhat concerned about the work that was done) - The rims were still dirty - There was dust on some of the panels in the interior (it almost looks like it was just a quick wipedown) - The trash was still left in the car (cupholder, side panel, etc...) - The inside of the windshield and rear window was very streaky. It was difficult to see at night when I was driving home. I had to re-clean the windows when I got back. After cleaning, the towel was very dirty. For it being advertised as a "includes detailing of interior and exterior of the vehicle", I thought the work would be more thorough given the $90 price point. I have gotten better work for less at other places. Anyways, just thought I would let you know what my experience was like. I will not be recommended this to other friends or colleagues.

The car was not fully clean. The white seats had visible smudges that I was easily able remove myself, but I expected that this service will be able to remove all dusty smudges on the seats. Windows not cleaned well as well as exterior. Lost of spots that didn’t even looked like we’re vacuumed. I am really disappointed because previously service was much more better.

Exterior: there are a lot of water marks and bird droppings which have only been partially cleaned. The service professional told that they cannot be cleaned, but in the past our car cleaning pro was able to get the car spick and span, same car. Interior: A lot left to be desired, there are a lot of places which have watermarks and streaks. It looks like the passenger side rear view mirror was not even cleaned. When my wife saw the car, she could not even believe the car was professionally cleaned. All in all, a shoddy job for the price.

My appointment window, which was already pretty wide, was changed the day before the appointment. And even beyond that, the technician arrived late. I greeted the technician in a friendly way and he didn’t even say hello. He changed the tire but did not check or inflate another tire that was low (I’m pretty sure he is obligated to do so). No “thank you” at the end, which is fine, I really just want the job done…but I was surprised. And then I got an email that he did this inspection of kinds of things including fluids, fan belts, transmission…on my electric car. Given all this, I don’t have confidence in the work that was done, is the tire balanced? but I have no way to know.

My car got scratched by the worker. It is a deep dent. They didn't remove the bugs. Also when i asked to clean the rails and frunk and interior, it is not done well. The door edges are still dirty. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I need to give this feedback to Intuit, as intuit is investing in small businesses like Curbee, but we expect some level of quality work for the price, else I would have taken the car somewhere else and gotten a better job with power wash for and interior polishing for just $39.

This is the 2nd washing of the car. First wash we were not satisfied. This wash we are not satisfied. Late arriving, making us late for our appointment.

The inside of the car did not seem like it had been cleaned. There was dust on the dashboard, the seats and cup holders had not been vacuumed at all. I had a really good experience with my other car, but I am highly disappointed with the experience this time.

Did the oil change today. The car wash crew cancelled at the last moment. The oil change crew was extremely careless. Everything was good with my car before they came, and when they left they said all is well. But they left the car ignition on (not the engine). If I wouldn't have noticed, I'd have ended up with dead battery. Anyway, an hour or so later, I noticed puddle of fluid under the passenger side, and called them back to check. They said they poured extra windshield wiper fluid and it is just dripping over. Now 6 hours later, it continues to drip and I can see the level is reducing from the container. I wonder if they damaged the container or tube during the service.

I've used curbee for oil change and car wash for a few times. The problem is consistency and customer experience has degraded over time. Today's experience, in particular, was pretty bad - the car was cleaned in a haste and I can see several spots on glasses and car body. I would not recommend spending 100 dollars for cleaning if this is a result. I could have done a better job than the cleaning crew.

Solved half of my problems. Changed the steering wheel pump and the car started making weird sounds. Weird vibration on accelerating, but they said it's normal, which is not for sure. Not a good experience at all. Would rather go to an experienced technician at a renowned shop instead.

I have been put through circles with false promises. Wouldn't trust these guys again. After finishing my vehicle they only changed the oil but didn't re-set my car as it keeps saying I need to change the oil. I also asked them if they could install fog lights on my van and mentioned to them it hadn't had lights before. I had purchased the OEM parts from Amazon and they told me they wouldn't install the parts I bought. After I confirmed that Amazon would take my return. I then agreed to pay more for the parts than what I had paid on Amazon for everything including the wires. They ordered two lights without the wires to install and then they said they wont be able to install. So to finish up I paid High price for a oil change that me van says it never got.

Stained my beige leather seats on my brand new car, even though I asked only for them to vacuum inside since it didn’t need an interior clean (it’s two weeks old) I sent a photo to customer care. The exterior wash left a residue.

I have cobwebs on my side mirrors. My windshield still has bird poop. They didn’t bother to clean my license plate and all the windows are streaky. Probably one of the worst car washes I’ve paid for.
