Car wash quality was mediocre, tire repair wasn't done because of low tread. Would have been helpful to know that requirement prior to scheduling

It was ok. Had to go in afterwards and use wet wipes to clean certain areas. Might use Curbee for maintenance etc in the future but unlikely for a wash.

This is the second time I have used your service. Both times I have scheduled the appointment and requested a factory filter. Both times I get a call a day before the appointment and am told that they can’t get filter and have to reschedule. This is a simple Honda filter and can be found at any reputable parts store. On top of that your team had Atleast two days to get the part. Overall the techs have been good and I like the convenience of your service. My second issue is that both times the tech has made absolutely no recommendations to my vehicle. My belt is worn and tensioner is squeaky, I am overdue for the 60,000 mile service, my air filter is black as well as my brake fluid. Also typically washer fluid is topped off during a service and was not done. My thoughts would be that your company depends on upsales to generate revenue. I know you can’t sustain off just oil changes. This is definitely a learning opportunity to train the techs on better overall inspections and upsales. The tech was courteous, and on time.

Staff was very nice. Unfortunately still have streaks on all the windows and the outside of the car isn’t that great. For the price I would have expected a lot better looking car.

I love that there is an option for a car wash at my location - so convenient! I have had uneven results on my car wash however. In the last instance, the guys arrived a bit late and were in kind of a rush, so there was no opportunity to inspect the car wash before they left. There were spots on the windshield from their spray bottle, and lots of missed areas on the outside of the car. You can't beat the convenience but the car wash could be better quality.

The person who did the service was courteous and friendly- he was also two hours late. He didn’t have other fluid to top off as indicated as part of the service since he “ran out” but said it should be enough for now. He also didn’t check the tire pressure. He was in and out in 10min. Not sure how he would have checked all the things. Still debating the value of this service.

Curbee man was a bit delayed coming to my house, but that was fine. The job? Replacing a dead car battery. The technician swapped out my car battery relatively quickly, and things seemed very efficient. He then called 20 minutes later to say he had put in the wrong battery, and he'd need to come back and swap it out for the correct battery. The swap was fairly efficiently performed but my confidence in the service took a hit. I felt compelled to Google whether the new battery was appropriate for the make and model of my car. All in all, I am willing to try the service again, primarily because the health report seemed pretty thorough and was a pleasant surprise.

The process of setting up the appointment was great/easy. The Curbee staff member who came to my home was on time and courteous. He completed the requested service. However, when I set the appointment, I was told that a Signature Health Check and tire pressure check would be provided free of charge. When I asked the crew member about that, he said it wasn’t needed given my mileage. I was confused about that. He was done with my entire service in just 15 minutes.

Curbee is super convenient if you have space to access your car. Unfortunately this time around they came with the wrong parts despite emailing back & forth (probably the dealerships fault to be fair) and had to reschedule

This was my first time trying Curbee, I scheduled a tire change. The technician arrived on time and was a very friendly, knowledgeable individual. He said it would take about an hour to swap new tires onto my car. Unfortunately it took a lot longer, almost four hours. I really don’t know what was up with that. I’m glad that didn’t have anywhere I needed to be that afternoon. I’m reasonably happy with the quality of the work and Curbee’s customer service, tho. Hopefully the next time I schedule a tire change with them it will go a little faster.

The gentleman arrived on time and was really professional in all communication My main negative is the cup holders, window doors etc were still very dirty and not touched at all. I definitely expected them to be cleaned so was disappointed when they weren't - I'd like the option to add that as an upgrade or just charge $5 more and clean those areas. The side mirror also were not cleaned at all :(

Crew arrived on time. The power steering flush was not done properly at least to my knowledge. I expected a flush from draining and filling. They siphoned the reservoir and refilled. Brake fluid flush was done properly to my knowledge. Siphoned at the reservoir, bled a bit at the caliper, and refilled. Overall, great when you are in a pinch for time, but they don’t always do it by the book.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you were anything but completely satisfied with your first appointment with us. That being said, our service manager did discuss your experience with our technicians who assisted during your visit and I wanted to make sure we clarified a few things with you. Siphoning the reservoir takes the place of draining in this instance. It leaves a much cleaner workspace while allowing the full flush process to be completed. Our technicians confirmed they siphoned the fluid out of the reservoir four times and made sure to turn the steering wheel lock to lock each time to ensure old fluid was cycled into the reservoir so it could be siphoned out and replaced with new fluid. To make sure you are aware, this also burps the system. The crew was on time and finish the work quickly for the wash (exterior/interior) though the work was not detailed. I could see dirt on the sides (below the seat) as well as the floor mat not being locked. There was spider web still on the back of side mirror which I noticed after the crew left. So, the service needs improvement.
