Battery seed used, dirty and old, and the crew forcefully screwed/strapped in the car which I had to get it fixed and replaced the bolts at the dealer during service. I love the idea and convenience of the business but details do matter.

Very disappointed ..Car was dirty in so many spots. They did clean it when I pointed it out. Tire pressure was only checked when I asked what the readings were. Doubt that fluids were checked. After they left the tiny caps that were on the tire pressure nozzles were strewn on the driveway. They couldn't be bothered putting them back on the tires. Will not use this service again.

Poor communication on scheduling and follow up between app, phone calls and emails. With long delays in getting repair appointments after diagnosis. My car has not been fully fixed now ans it has been two weeks since i started thia process with no confirmation of when they will solve or rebook. They came to my house with a defective replacement part and never rebooked me to fix it and my car is not drivable. I had to scramble to figure out a way to pick up my child from school due to the unexpected changes.

I had my tire repaired and it when I got in this morning. The tire pressure is still low and it’s flat so it didn’t get fixed correctly. Also, I had a car wash and when I got in the car again this morning, the windshield is dirty and it wasn’t properly vacuumed. I am very disappointed now it makes me wonder if they did a good job on the oil change.

Prompt. Friendly. Efficient. Unfortunately they didn’t properly instal the tire pressure sensor so now my vehicle thinks it has a flat.

Car was not cleaned very properly. Random marks on seats and plus lots of dust and dirt still there.

Installation was good however was surprised when they did not clean the dust and markings off the tires prior to installing. I didn’t get new tires for my car to look like I bought used tires. really ruined the experience for me to be honest.

convenient, quick but I found the service lacking and likely wont use it again since its not comprehensive. Pros: The battery replacement was done successfully. The company provided the choice of brand for the new battery. Cons: The tech wasn't able to help with the engine codes that popped up after replacing the battery as well as the AC and Fan that stopped working either.

The crew was friendly but they spent only 5 mins to check the car. The website says that the check is supposed to take around 55 mins. Most of the things they did I could have done myself. Don't waste your time and money. It's a rip-off for the amount they are charging.

I got the interior/exterior wash. The exterior wash was good, but only half of the inside of my car was cleaned! I wasn’t expecting a full detail or anything like that, all I wanted was a quick vacuum and wipe down. The back of my car is still covered in dog hair and slobber, and the mat back there wasn’t even removed to clean. I did not know the cleaning would include an inspection and I didn’t care for the upsell attempt for maintenance. However, if they had offered to upsell additional cleaning services, or additional time if they couldn’t clean the whole car I absolutely would have spent more money. Or I would have directed them to start at the back of the car and move forward with the allotted time. Overall this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience and now I have to go have my car cleaned again somewhere else.

The mechanic didn’t drive the truck like he said he would and missed lots of things I wish he would have caught before I bought the truck. Over all he spent about 10 minutes inspecting the vehicle, disappointing service for $100.

Typically a very good experience with Curbee, however the windows were not cleaned well as there seemed to be smudges everywhere. Almost as if their was a cloth with some oil on it to clean the windows.

After putting wheels back on, damage was done to my lugs. Now I cannot even remove one to replace with a new piece

So many mistakes in paperwork have occurred including vehicle health reports, the information in those reports and a mix up in what car are tied to my account and what reports and quotes to which car. Also, there was no clear indication that the oil change prices were going up $70 to a total of $170 for any car with over 6 quarts of oil so I got charged an extra $70 for one court of oil. Had I known this prior I wouldn't have booked the service. Moving forward I will no longer be able to do oil changes on my newer cars. Ryan and Ian are great in customer service to fix all the mix ups but I have to still take the time to call and get things fixed. Not sure I will continue to use the service in the future due to the extra work and the higher prices.

The cleaning wasn’t done very well. There were stains and dust inside the interior of the car in multiple places. There was also a lot of lint left behind by the cloth used to clean. The exterior cleaning was okay. Overall Quite disappointed.

Love the idea of the service. But was told I needed both a new battery and locksmith to resolve (what Curbee diagnosed as) an immobilizer issue. Turns out (after locksmith visit) just needed a new battery. Very disappointed at the inaccuracy of the diagnosis.
