It was all very good. The only thing is that I would have liked that the rims were a little more cleaned - but it was great both inside and out otherwise :) I loved the health report!!

the service was REALLY good, the provider was nice, and he was very quick. The Customer service rep I spoke to was able to fix an issue for me very easily. The only issue was the website does not seem to be firing on all cylinders, My service history disappeared and I could not get it to change the card I wanted to use for payment and had to delete my other two payment methods to force the one I wanted to use to be the default. I am not sure what is going on with the website, but the service was excellent as always.

I liked the service but their oil change fee for 5 quarts and above is slightly priced according to me. Difference of $100 between less than 5 quarts vs more than 5 quartz. Hence, 4 rating due to price. Rest all is good.

The tech was amazing, took his time and did great work. Only critique is they did not bring their own lifting pucks to lift a Tesla, not a big deal since I carry my own. However after sending in my VIN to verify what tools would be needed, I feel like lifting pucks should be essential to protect the battery.

I don’t think they jacked my Tesla up properly (by using a jack pad). Other then that, they are awesome. On time, professional tire work, and polite.

I like having the mechanic come to my home. I can ask questions about what is happening and see how things are going. I feel Ike the invoices and health reports could be more clear as far as suggested and needed. I am new to their system so I will concede that I may be misreading things. I would recommend them to friends and family though because Curbee does not mind the customer questioning charges.

The oil change was convenient, but he did not adjust the car’s detection system that notifies me when it is time to change the oil even though I reminded him when he arrived . It still says I need to have the oil changed. I need someone to come back and fix that please. Am mentioning this here because it takes away from what your selling point is according to me at least: the convenience. It’s a hassle to call back to get this fixed.

It went well, I was able to educate them on my car and I hope they can use that for the next car. I had my battery replaced with no issues. They also checked my fluids, topped them off and aired the tires.

I'm greatful for this service, especially for coming Sunday morning on a very short notice. Everything was very professional. One thing: I think the technicians either don't work under time pressure, or they aren't incentivized to finish the task early. My battery replacement lasted 40 mins - I could have done it it 10.

Hi Zoltan, Thank you so much for your feedback, and I apologize that we weren’t clearer when explaining the process and work being performed. Whenever we replace a battery in one of our customer’s vehicles, we first test the battery for faults to ensure it truly does need to be replaced. If it ends up the battery has indeed failed, we then proceed with replacement and any programming as recommended by the manufacturer. In addition, for each service our customers schedule with Curbee, we provide our Signature Health Check, complimentary, to make sure that you have an accurate understanding of the current condition of your most important mechanical, electrical, and safety features. While what I’ve explained could certainly account for the additional time you mentioned, we definitely should have done a better job communicating that process to you, to ensure you had a better understanding of the time the service would take as well as the work being performed. On time and professional. Oil change was done quickly. Car wash leaves some to be desired. It is not as good as a water-based car wash by nature. The invoice and health report should list the make, model, year and mileage of the car as it is an important service record.

Flexible scheduling, fair service pricing, and unbeatable convenience for a tire change. There are three reasons Curbee didn't get five stars: 1) They marked up the tires I wanted 30% over the price for which I could get them on Amazon. Fortunately, they were happy to install tires purchased elsewhere, so this wasn't an issue. 2) They didn't reset my Tire-Pressure Monitoring System, leaving me with a warning light on my dash. I called to ask after they left, and they said to drive a few miles until it reset. My vehicle's manual, which they seem not to have been familiar with nor have consulted, had different instructions. 3) They told me my rear brakes pads were at 3mm, and would need to be replaced (along with the rotors) before they got to 2mm in about a month. This was suspicious because I recently had the vehicle serviced, so I got a second opinion from a trusted first-party dealer, and was told the pads were at 4mm and good for another 7,500 miles. I felt like Curbee were trying to sell me additional unnecessary services.

With all parts and fluids used during the service work we perform, we always strive to bring the best value we can to our customers. We’ll continue to add additional suppliers so we can be as competitive as possible and thank you for ensuring we stay on this path. Regarding your TPMS warning light, I apologize that our technicians didn’t provide adequate instruction to ensure it was reset for you. We’re currently not able to perform freeway drive tests for our customers, which are needed to recalibrate the TPM Sensor after a new tire install. That being said, we are looking into options to either perform this action ourselves or provide more detailed instructions for customers regarding what to expect. Finally, I apologize that the measurement we provided for your brake pad depth was different than the measurement you received from your trusted first-party dealer. We place a very high level of importance on building and maintaining trust with our customers and would never sell unnecessary services to them. If you would be willing, we would appreciate the opportunity to come back and perform a complimentary health check for your vehicle, so you can be confident in your current brake pad depth, and most importantly, so we can ensure we’ve provided you with an accurate picture of your vehicle’s health. The guys were good. I think there's a small disconnect between the service type on the website and the service provided. On the site, I ordered an oil change with "signature health check and exterior clean". When they left, the exterior was very much not clean. And that's okay - I'd just recommend removing it from the product description. It's extremely convenient and quick - they were in and out in 35 min. And no oil stains in the garage at all. That takes talent.

There was staining (Armor all-like stuff maybe?) on the inside front window from a previous Curbee cleaning. A guy came back the next day and could not clean it and said he would get back to me. He didn't, but that's OK. The last guys from last Friday could not get it removed and said there would be another appointment for today, Monday, where they would come back to clean it off.

My friend recommended your service and raved about it. As she's an "A" type person I was expecting a top notch job, so I was a little disappointed to be honest. If this had been a regular car wash, I'd have thought it was perfectly fine, but I thought I was getting a real detailing. Three things that weren't done to my satisfaction: smears left on the inside passenger window where my dog sits, inside windscreen still smeary, and although all the debris was removed from the trunk's hatch door lining, it was not washed and was still very dirty. I gave the guys who did the job a generous tip as they were very very nice and spent a long time cleaning, but I did that before I looked at the car and I'm not sure I would've been so generous if I'd checked the car first.

Very good overall, would definitely use again. Dropped one star as a spot was missed on rear seats, so not perfect, but to be fair, I couldn't check out the work to point this out as I was on call at the time they ended..
