"Saying goodbye to the old fashion way of auto care and service! I've found a new way of being more efficient with my time and money. After my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in on his schedule and wanted to me leave my car a full day for a simple brake pad replacement, the universe read my mind and I heard a commercial on the radio for Curbee. Intrigued by convenience of a mobile mechanic I went online and requested a quote. A day later (faster than my mechanic) I had a quote emailed to me breaking down the parts and labor costs. To my complete surprise and amazement it was 50% less than my mechanic in a fraction of the time in labor. I was able to call and schedule the service for 2 days later and just in time for my next Turo guest's reservation. \r\nI have to say that a company culture is evident by the attitude and interaction you have with it's employees. Not only was everyone I spoke with, from customer service to mechanic friendly, they were honest and genuinely happy people. They seemed to love their jobs and it shows. Working with people who value your business and enjoy their work makes all the difference. \r\nAs for the experience I had with my service, hands down top notch. The mechanic arrived at my business on time, accessed my car via lockbox and did his assessment. Turns out I didn't need any brake work for the rear just new pads and rotors on the front. They quickly coordinate to have another mechanic bring the necessary parts and complete the work so that my mechanic could move onto a different appointment. Not only did this save me time, clearly it values other customers' time as well. \r\nThe new mechanic arrived completed the job and secured the car all within an hour. Plenty of time remaining for my Turo guest's arrival. \r\nTo everyone at Curbee, thank you for revolutionizing the car service industry with such a convenient, efficient and cost saving service model. I will definitely use their services again for all my vehicles and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!"

“Typically a very good experience with Curbee, however the windows were not cleaned well as there seemed to be smudges everywhere. Almost as if their was a cloth with some oil on it to clean the windows.”

“My car battery died out of the blue, and I did a deep dive/internet search exploring the options for having it replaced. Curbee is affordable and comes directly to your house, which is a huge plus when your car doesn't move! When I looked at the available appointment slots, there wasn't an option that would save me from street sweeping, so I reached out to Curbee via email to see if it was possible to get an earlier day/time. Curbee replied quickly, finding me an appointment, and saving me from getting a ticket! My repair tech was on time, super friendly, and fast. He even stuck around to help me figure out why there were a few warning lights on my dash after the battery replacement. The tech put air in my tires and checked out my oil/tires/brakes etc before leaving. Highly recommend!”

“Everything was amazing! I was setup right away with a quick health report, even on an early morning Weekend, Roger and Steven kept me up to date on what might be the issue. Ryan and Daniel followed through, even with a late request for spark plugs. Even with a busy work day schedule, I received updates and text messages about the appointment, and everything went bye smoothly. I was even called about additional repairs I might be able to do. I didn’t deserve this much help, and the Crew went above and beyond. Please let me know how to promote Curbee further - I didn’t know where else to turn on such late notice and I’m just very grateful. Thank you especially to Ryan, Roger, Steven, and Daniel. It means so much to have you guys there! You guys are do amazing! Thank you thank you thank you!!”

“The process of setting up the appointment was great/easy. The Curbee staff member who came to my home was on time and courteous. He completed the requested service. However, when I set the appointment, I was told that a Signature Health Check and tire pressure check would be provided free of charge. When I asked the crew member about that, he said it wasn’t needed given my mileage. I was confused about that. He was done with my entire service in just 15 minutes.”

“Excellent service. Arrived early for the appointment, serviced quickly, above and beyond service and explanation. The price was EXCEPTIONAL and I compared many places. I strongly recommend using them for batteries and anything else. Because ours was battery, the fact they came to us made the biggest difference!”
