“long shipping time around holidays, arrived early January. and then frame arrived in poor condition. frame looks like shoddily built, actual map a bit better.”
“I ordered the National Park map as a family Christmas gift on December 9, 2024. The map was finally delivered on January 3, 2025 and met my expectations. The shipping information was never updated and I was unable to track the package. Customer service was slow to respond and did not provide any viable information. There is no phone number provided for contacting the company. As long as you have no expectations of delivery or trackability of the shipment you may want to give it a shot.”

“While I liked the concept, the wood was warped and even discolored in spots. It was a gift to my parents, and when I gave it to them, the edge had already come apart, meaning they would have to glue it on. My husband also had to really hammer in the box for the trees because the pieces wouldn’t fit together. It’s disappointing given the price and the great idea of it.”
