“I ordered a laundry basket that was quilted and beautiful in the website photo. What i received was tiny and photo printed onto a synthetic material basket. Company is clearly a scam.”

“Total scam ordered wine, advent calendar, misrepresented it and the bottles of wine are cut up plastic cardboard. I canceled the order and was told it wasn’t being delivered anyway because you don’t deliver to Brooklyn and then now it’s delivered I will dispute the charge”
“I placed an order on 12-21-24. It did not arrive until a month later. The item was packaged poorly & therefore arrived with damage to the corners of the frame. When I contacted the company, this was the response, "Regarding the damaged corners of the travel map frame, you might consider lightly painting or touching up the corners with a black marker or paint to see if it improves the appearance". I felt this was a very unprofessional answer. So, I bought sandpaper, wood filler, & paint and re-did the frame.
I asked for a 50% refund since I had to re-do their work. Almost a week later, I recieved a response that they would re-make the entire project. Too late, I already did the work & had given it as a gift. Also, they sent 2 'fronts' the the tag box. I still never recieved a bag which was promised to me. So, I re-made the frame, never recieved a discount, & still never recieved the back of the tag box. I am pretty disgusted.”

“Absolutely terrible. Product was suppose to arrive for Christmas. I ordered it many weeks before and it still didn't arrive until after. I reached out to the support email MULTIPLE times and never got a reply even though it stated 24 hours I would have a reply. I have screenshots of everything to prove it. Was the product nice? Sure it was a nice product. But it was days late and the customer service didn't exist. So for the price paid ... No ... not worth it. Will go to Etsy or somewhere else next time. “Well where do I start you guys screwed up my order by putting the wrong name on the blanket I ordered then it's so hard to get a hold of someone to have it fixed then when someone did get ahold of me I told them I want a new one amd I still have not heard back from anyone if it's getting done when it's going to be shipped or anything so I am not happy with your company I still haven't even heard back from Emma that I emailed and I would like to know what's going on with the blanket. “I ordered my item on December 3 and didn't receive it until over a week after Christmas. Disappointed in the amount of time it took and the fact that it was a gift that I wasn't able to have for Christmas.
I was supposed to get a discount for the lenght of time it took which never got applied to my account. I would say the quality of the product is average as the paint on the edge chipped off while unpackaging.
I would give a review of average at best.”

I have it a few days after the expected date per the site, and there was no way to track the activity. I finally emailed and called, and got a response. Had I not checked and alerted them I wonder if I'd ever have gotten it. They were apologetic but my advice, order well in advance of needed date.”
