“We love the ornament it's a forever memory, thank you. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took so long to ship. I have it a few days after the expected date per the site, and there was no way to track the activity. I finally emailed and called, and got a response. Had I not checked and alerted them I wonder if I'd ever have gotten it. They were apologetic but my advice, order well in advance of needed date.”
