“I ordered my item on December 3 and didn't receive it until over a week after Christmas. Disappointed in the amount of time it took and the fact that it was a gift that I wasn't able to have for Christmas.
I was supposed to get a discount for the lenght of time it took which never got applied to my account. I would say the quality of the product is average as the paint on the edge chipped off while unpackaging.
I would give a review of average at best.”
“The product was good, the service was not. It took over 3 weeks to come in and no communication. I had to end up shipping it to the person because it didn't come in when it said it was. Won't order from them again.”

I was disappointed in shipping time and the lack of communication regarding when it would arrive. It was a Christmas gift, and ordered with the understanding (I checked shipping time before ordering) that it would arrive prior to the holiday. I understand that’s a busy time of year, but would have loved an update when it became apparent that it would not be shipped out in time.”

“The quality is not bad based on the price. The items are coming from overseas, takes a couple weeks to receive. Men’s sweater runs small…will only get one use out of it, once washed will not fit. Order a size up from your US size.”

“Characters were high quality and looked great but the glue was very thin. When picking the frame up two of the wooden frame pieces feel off right out of the wrapping so I had to glue them back myself.”
