“Do not order from this company! They will pretend to ship your order multiple times but just keep it at "package acceptance pending", never actually shipping your product.”
“I placed an order on Nov. 15 and was informed on Dec. 9 that it was lost. I was told there would be a replacement order but I haven't received any information about it, like the status of it or what the tracking number is. I'm concerned that my order will never be fulfilled.”

All of the pictures online of the mug make it appear that the mug is textured but the mug is just a basic mug with a print on it consisting of fake shadows that don't line up. I would not have purchased this mug if I had known this was the case.”
