“Ordered a sample satin white floor 33x33 tile they were very quick. Received next day I only need to replace one tile I don’t think it’s exact so looking in different lights A very efficient company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️For me”

“The tiles arrived when they were supposed to and were good quality but unfortunately within the pack that was on the bottom of the pallet 3 of the tiles got broken. I contacted the customer service team and they offered to send me 3 new tiles but we needed them that same day so I am going through the process of sending them photos of the broken tiles to see if they will refund me.”

“I'd hardly put the phone down and tiles were delivered! (Next day) Very fast! Great price and pleased with the glass mosaic I chose. Would use again without hesitation. Still waiting for tiler to put up, so no photo yet. Exiting.”

“Placed the order on Friday after the cut-off, so was processed on Monday. Next Day Delivery Paid for, but still didn't get the tiles till late Wednesday. Only purchased from here as my local tile merchant couldn't get them quicker (and my local guy was cheaper, even excluding the £50 delivery charge). Would only use out of necessity.”

“Ordered a sample tile. It did arrive quickly but was not packed well. It arrived in a cardboard box with no packing at all and consequently was in lots of pieces when the postman handed it to me.”
