“Worst experience ever ordered 100 tiles and 1st time 37 were broken 2nd 21 broken and 3rd 18 were broken too much hassle to request the last broken lot to be replaced.”

We apologies for the damaged tiles and the free replacements you have received from us. Unfortunately this can happy from time to time due to the fact that the tiles are fragile and can damage even though we do our best to protect them.

“Great service! Ordered samples first, then placed the full order when I'd decided. Tiles arrived within a couple of days very well packaged and look brilliant. Will definitely be ordering from this co. again!”

“Very prompt delivery only thing wrong was the top edge on some of the tiles was still white and I had to find a matching colour to disguise it but all turned out ok”

“Sample tiles were received quite quickly. Were a little on the small side so difficult to judge what the appearance would be in the room. Understand their is a balance of cost of postage and size. All the mosaics were nice quality and allowed us to judge whether the colour matched the other ties we had purchased. We'd have bought a couple of whole tiles to check this initail match had any been suitable.”

“I really liked the samples you sent they matched the colour scheme perfectly in my bathroom, and the price was super aswell so i went to order them and couldnt believe that delivery charge for £14 worth of tiles would be a whopping £39 so i decided to leave it. Which was a massive shame”

“Great service! the tile I chose online was matte and slightly differnet to my existing ones so not a good fit on this occasion. But I would certainly use again for any flooring.”

“Poor packing , Tiles just wrapped in shrink-wrap . 6 arrived with cracks/clips . Fortunately we had were able still to use by cutting down - Would have returned items - but need them for a job”
