I think this is a scam. Customer support is arrogant and stubborn. Ordered online and the order was duplicated (by Cycology) and paid for twice. Cycology's only proposal was to return one delivery for a refund, but they would not refund the shipping costs. With the cost of returning the items, I would have been out of pocket, so no option really but to keep the duplicate order. If anyone else has had this happen, please respond. It is a well-known e-commerce scam.

The sizing for the relaxed fit is totally wrong. I ordered the correct size by the chart and the relaxed fit is tighter than the tight Castelli jerseys I normally wear. To make things worse their customer service is worthless. I cannot talk to them on the phone and They are absolutely no help with the return. I am responsible for the shipping charges and return procedure all because their sizing i way off. Don't buy from them!

They cheapen the quality of the mens cycling shirts by having done away with the hem on the sleeves, and just simply cut them and then left. I will not buy anything from this company again. Cheap skates!!!!!

Bought a pair of spf sleeves for the summer weather in white. After one season they are discoloured and unwearable. Made a complaint to the company and they couldn't care less. Don't bother with this company until they can show some care for their customers.

I purchased leg warmers on 11/15. I have worn them 1-2 times a week for 6 weeks. They have been washed approximately 6-10 times and the elastic that holds them to your leg is unraveling. You can’t leave a review for the product on their website and it appears this doesn’t merit a return. I would not recommend buying their products if you want things that will last.

I ordered two jerseys, both XL. One was a legit XL, the other labeled “M-XL” and is nothing close to an XL. In addition, these jerseys are cheaply made. To top it off, rude, smart-ass “customer service” is a complete turn off and nothing a reputable company would tolerate.

Bought a really nice looking top, where the seems holding the pockets split after just a few weeks use. Obvious design fault as it has a zip in the pocket, which doesn't stretch, hence trying to stuff something in your middle pocket is very risky. When I contact customer support they were not helpful at all and only telling me I needed to be careful with it and that I could get it stitched by a seamstress. Definitely one to avoid

Ordered a biking shirt and never received a response/confirmation of the order. I assumed my order wasn't received so I re-input the order 4 to 5 days later. Contacted cycology immediately after the second order input and they confirmed the original order had been received but they hadn't sent confirmation as my e-mail address was wrong; they said yahoo had two a's in the e-mail line (yaahoo). You think they could have corrected this or called me on the phone # or had a 2 step e-mail input on the order form, etc. They also confirmed the 1st order hadn't shipped yet. Requested cancellation of the 2nd order, input an hour before contacting them, they said there was no way to cancel it, wouldn't pay for return shipping and were over-all rude and unprofessional after sending several e-mails in an attempt to reason with them. Note: almost immediately after the phone contact, I received a flood of e-mails from the company confirming the 1st and 2nd order. Once the first package was received I tried it on, while the jersey appeared to be well made, it wasn't remotely close to the size advertised rather it was hugely undersized. Both biking jerseys have been returned and I'm awaiting a refund. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with a company.

I purchased one of their tops for my husband. After just one careful wash it had completely lost its shape and was unwearable. I contacted Cycology and they were so rude and arrogant and completely dismissed my complaint . Do not waste money on a brand that couldn’t care less about their customers or the quality of their merchandise.
