My order arrived damaged by some sort of oil, it had happened in the postal system. Cytology told me to wash it and hope for the best as Royal Mail will not compensate them if it doesn’t show up in a photo, well being black fabric it doesn’t. Their customer service isn’t interested and are not happy that I questioned their response. Very poor customer service and I feel like they dislike the customer questioning them. I will never purchase from them again. My advice is to avoid, because when things go wrong they don’t want to know.

Woeful Customer service. Took over 20 days for my package to be delivered, despite being in the same city as Cycology. When I chased this up the response I got was essentially "It's not our fault and not our problem." The quality of their products is ok, but other brands with ranges in a similar price point ie Rapha, Pedal Mafia, Pedla are much better with vastly superior service.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Cycology for the last five years buying more than 10 items from you. The last long-sleeve Frida shirt he bought for me was too tight but the previous Frida shirt in the same size fit perfectly. It was discovered that the material used was different (spandex was added to the later shirt, making it compressed and very form-fitting.) I wrote customer service (Deb) about my problem. She could not understand why the shirt was tight. I think everyone knows spandex is used to tighten up or compress garments. She told me if I had all the original packaging and tags and I had not worn the shirt, I would receive a refund. If not, "sorry". I had worn the shirt, that is how I discovered it was too tight! My husband would not have ordered the shirt if he would have known that the material and sizing was different, making the shirt much tighter. Lesson Learned!

I absolutely love the quality of materials used in Cycology cycle-wear. My recent order of Women's Medium Jersey and matching Medium Vest was disappointing. The Medium sized vest is 5+ inches wider in the chest than matching Medium sized jersey. I emailed multiple pictures to Cycology and they shared the extra 5+ inches is to accomodate a jersey under the vest. Who wears 5+ inches of base layering. Even 2 base layers wouldn't be 1/2 an inch. Who wants a vest with 4 inches of extra fabric filling with air on a bike ride??? They also didn't provide any information on what vest size is similar to their Medium Jersey for me to reorder. Naturally, I returned the vest and kept the awesome jersey.

Never received my order and despite 2 claiming emails + 1 negative answer in customer satisfaction survey, they never came back to me in any way, total contempt. Fortunately that was a 1st testing purchase, only a cap, of course i will not buy the other coordinated articles as initially planned

Great product absolutely terrible customer service. Due to their error the package was undeliverable. No offer to resend correctly so that I would get the order. Still waiting 5 weeks later to receive a refund.

Cycology makes the coolest looking cycling gear you can wear once! Just don't wear the bibs twice or they may start separating at the seams, at which point you'll reach out to customer service - then you'll be told they've been used and it looks like they rubbed against the seat. Yeah, of course they did - I rode them ON A BIKE as I thought they were intended. While these look great, fit great, and feel great - the durability is less than $30 Amazon bibs. 1 out of 5 stars, won't recommend or buy again.

36 days still havnt received my package . Wrote to the company for a refund they refuse to refund cause they say the package is in canada . What they are trying to do right now is fraud i will take legal action against this company even if its just for 100$ and anybody who lost money with them should do the same

Been 21 days i ordered and was supost to receive 6-12 business days still havnt received it .Couple of email to the company no answer was the last time i order something for this over priced company 0/10 customer service

Absolutely awful company. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered a piece of clothing from their wheel pattern range, which got left in front of my house without permission- and was subsequently stolen. They refused to follow it up with Royal Mail, stating it was my fault and “these things happen”. When I sent them the part of the Royal Mail website that states the sender must start a claim to retrieve compensation in this situation, they became even more aggressive and rude.

Shocking customer service. Will never use them again. Sent things back to get bigger sizes. They say things are stained but we never tried them on so how can they be stained. We just want our tops back. They need to get this right if they want return customers.

I bought a Rather be Riding XL woman’s. Shrunk and lost its colour.it was washed on a cycle and hung in shade. It shortened as well.1st February I purchased it and disappointed with this product! Can’t ring anyone and email address is not right.

Products from Cycology are quite nice but beware if you have to return an item. I returned an item just after Christmas using Royal Mail's trackable service and the instructions and address given on the website. The tracking number showed it was delivered but Cycology denied receiving the item and I was given no refund. This took nearly 1.5 months to resolve due to them taking a long time to reply to my emails. I also sent a message on facebook and apparently I should have taken a photo of the package and had it returned to me so I could pay for return postage again! Same FB representative then blocked me from replying to his/her message. They did offer me a credit to use on the site but to be honest the value hardly covers the cost of postage. Shocking customer service - their attitude is rude and puts all blame on the customer. Having read other reviews, it appears I'm not the only customer to have suffered in this way. Luckily the item was not high value but I did pay for the return postage and I am much more upset by the poor attitude and service I received.

I ordered a paid for $120.00 for a bib on 12/09. I have not received it to date. I have sent sesveral emails to the company, and received zero response. As a professional with over 25 years of customer service experience, I find it unacceptable to not respond to a paying customer with follow up actions or resolution.

Unfortunately ordered an incorrect size so had to return for a refund I used the returns form on the company website, I had a notification that the item had been signed for but it now appears that they had moved business premises. I have been in touch with customer services which was no help whatsoever they insinuated that it was my mistake and said they moved in March which meant their returns form was wrong I ordered my item in July so where could I have got the address from I'm not just making up the address, terrible service and now just ignoring emails.

Ordered a T shirt on 17 June, still no sign of it on 22 July. I never received notification that it had been posted so I assume it wasn't. I have emailed them multiple times to ask for a refund, but with no success. No concern for customers at all.

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever received-and I order everything online! Refusing a refund for a parcel they can see has been lost, refusing to even answer PayPal in the PayPal dispute. Offering guaranteed Father’s Day delivery for items that never arrive! I used to genuinely love your gear, and I have so much of it! As an avid cyclist and online shopper I would never recommend you to anybody! Your customer service skills are shambolic and you cannot steal people’s money and legally get away with it, I think your ‘customer service.’ (Laughable) team need a refresher on the sale of goods act! Maybe you can return my money now?

Returns policy is really poor. No useful communication throughout my return.. Still don't know if they have the jersey and if I'm getting a refund. Can't do a simple exchange. I am £60 out of pocket.
