“The flowers were lovely, fresh and colorful. But the delivery was not good. The flowers were for my daughter who was ill and upset and instead of delivering to her door they put a card in her letterbox. So she had to go to the Post Office to collect. This was really disappointing.”

“The one off bouquets are great value for money and always look gorgeous. However, as a regular one-off customer, I was super disappointed in the clunky service, and excuses for clunky service, around the subscription service, which I cancelled after two rounds. So, great as a gift, but not as a treat.”

“My friend loved the flowers for her birthday. They were beautiful. However, when I ordered the flowers, on the delivery address, I wrote she was in unit B. But when I received notification on her order being on it’s way, there wasn’t a unit B on the address. This meant she had to stand outside of her house to make sure the delivery driver went to the right place. Please be more mindful of specific addresses, especially when a lot of places are subdivided. Thanks.”

“I have purchased from you 3 times and I am very happy. This time was the 1st time I ordered the bigger bunch @ $80 and I was a little disappointed. From what is on your website to what was delivered i was just let down a little Don't get me wrong they are still beautiful and smell fresh and amazing. I will attach a couple of photos”

“Super easy website to use compared to others that I’ve tried, the tracking was great & reliable and the flowers I had ordered ($40 bunches) were all delivered in perfect condition.”

“Chipped in to a group present ordering a large bunch of flowers with friends and I was so impressed I’ve since gone on to order two arrangements just last week. Ordering online is so simple, which counts right now and being able to order a nice vase and artisan chocolate could not be better when friends are moving house. You’ve thought of everything!”
