“Ordered flowers and requested a drop off window when recipient would be home. Noticed on the GoPeople delivery App that they were on the truck hours too early. Used chat box to contact delivery trouble shooting. Their suggestion was to leave flowers in van for almost 3 hours and make the delivery final drop off of day. Concerned the flowers would be spoiled I contacted DB who cancelled my order at my request. Underwhelming experience, I wasted too much time for this outcome. For the sane delivery charge a local florist took my order directly to its destination.”

“We have a flower subscription with you currently and this is not the first time. We’ve always felt you provided a really artistic service with interesting flower choices in the bouquets. Can I just say I’ve been a little underwhelmed by the 2 bouquets my recipient has received so far. She hasn’t complained but I just noticed that the quality of the bouquets are not what they were. They remind me of supermarket bouquets rather than the high standard you’ve provided in the past. For $89 a bunch I think you need to think about what kind of service you’re giving customers. Thanks”
