I did complain to Danceware about this, they replied with their sizing chart, this is not needed as I know my size, and they clearly sent the wrong size.”
“This is the second time that I was told some items were out of stock AFTER I had placed the order. This time I was told only after I found some items were not shipped and send an email to ask.
Worse of all, there was never an apology.
Prices are reasonable, but the service is unsatisfactory.”
