“I ordered a leotard for my 5 year old. She’s in a size 5-6 clothing. The leotard that arrived was way too small. It would have fit a 2-3yr old.
I’m not sure if they sent the wrong size?
I sent it back recorded delivery, but I haven’t heard anything back regarding a refund yet.

To request an exchange or refund, please complete the Returns & Exchanges form included with your parcel and include it with your return. Items should be securely packaged and sent using the cheapest available method. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using Royal Mail, as our Returns Department operates via a PO Box, which some couriers cannot deliver to.
Once received, returns and exchanges are usually processed within 5-7 business days, though during exceptionally busy periods this may take up to 28 days.

“The sizing of the Capezio shoes is very confusing. I take size 3 UK and ordered size 3.5. Size 5 arrived which were far too small. I checked the size inside my old Capezio shoes which shows 7. I contacted Dancewear regarding this and they suggested ordering size 5. I am still waiting for my exchange to arrive. Not very happy as I had to pay for the return despite having free delivery.”
“Poor customer service in relation to an order where I believed I was purchasing a shoe brush. The listing is quite deceptive as the brush is shown at the front of the image. Your eye is drawn to the brush and not the text description. Photo needs to change. Contacted customer services who were not able to provide free postage for return despite the misleading listing.”

“I was very disappointed. I am a size 10 in everything I buy and always have been. This was a medium but it was so tight I couldnt breath. There was nothing wrong with the garment but the sizeing is wrong. I would have exchanged it for a larger but cant risk the cost of the postage if that doesnt fit either. Very disappointed.”
